Had their signature car wash today (20 Nov) and this is what you got. Even the dirt is not cleaned. ‍

NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN
I paid $25 for the drive-through wash on Sunday, and when I got home I realised that the car was still dirty. I drove back immediately and told them that the car was still dirty, only to be rudely told “we don’t re-wash. That’s the 4 minutes”
If they thought the car was too dirty to be washed, they should have told me that my car would not be washed for $25. Evidently, they’re more than happy to take my money and not do the job.
What a ripoff!

Don’t go, I paid for signature wash 65 dollars but they didn’t even clean my dashboard and my panel which was still full of dust. Bird poo were still remaining and the wheel were still dirt. Rubbish

Got the $22 wash, it washes half your car if that’s any good…. Then at the end they run a dirty chamois cloth over it and leave streaks everywhere.

Worst car wash ever. Can’t even get rid of a simple bird stain. And upon requesting properly about it they just started teaching me about detailing a car. Complete waste of money.

My husband went to get our car cleaned (inside out). When he returned home with the car I asked did you already get the car washed/cleaned? He said yes and I was completely shocked as the roof of the car was still dirty and other than a vacuum it looked like it hd not been touched. Hubby had to go and clean the car inside our himself. Have been left totally unimpressed!

Excellent service, inside and out clean in only ten minutes! They were very friendly and catered to our personal needs.

Took my Grandfather’s old Mercedes here which has been gathering dust for last six months and got a interior exterior detail combo, it came out super clean.
So worth the Price.

As mentioned by others the exterior wash is acceptable however when paying $65 for a signature wash that includes interior care. You would expect the interior to be actually cleaned. They did not vacuum the boot, did not clean the internal glass window screen or the side panels of the seats and seatbelt etc… among other basic things. After their service I took a cloth next to the staff member and wipes the areas that they hadn’t bothered to clean. Save your self the time and hassle. False and misleading advertising.

One of the best team. My car was filthy and i just paid for a regular clean but they went ahead and cleaned my car passionately. Can’t thank enough. Hardworking people

The signature wash was excellent value for a regular car wash - the guys did superb cleaning inside and outside the car. Very satisfied and I’ll highly recommend to others.

Exterior wash and polish was great and left the outside of the car very clean. However, the interior wash was incredibly poor. After I was told my wash had been finished, I had to take staff around the entire inside of the car again and get them to repeat clean the whole thing. In the initial wash, there was no attention paid to hard-to-reach surfaces and they hadn’t even opened the boot.

Final verdict: if you want the outside washed and polished, they do just fine, but do not come here if you want the inside cleaned.

Bad service, bad manager attitude, rough cleaning left car with scratches and swirls, manager refused to wipe a spot missed out in the wash.

I went to this place for the first time a couple of days ago. It was ABSOLUTELY the worst car wash I have been too. The interior of the car was as dirty as before, there was mud and dust everywhere and when I asked the guy to clean it, he just used a wet towel and gave me a passive aggressive response like "Why you are bothering me to do my job". The exterior of the car was not better it wasn't dried properly after the wash and there are spots everywhere on the windshield and windows. Simply don't go here any self serve car wash will do a better job for you with one fifth of the price they are charging.

Do not take your vehicle here to be cleaned. I had a terrible experience. They do not hand wash your car and instead put it through a machine which scratch every panel of my black vehicle and still left dirt across it. They then spent about five minutes cleaning the inside to which they didn’t lift up my floor mats or take any care in doing a good job. I have never been to such a terrible car wash before.

I actually been there but NEVER GO again. They washed my car 2017 Ford Mondeo Sedan few months ago in and out but did not vacuum properly on my driver side door and around baby car seats. It's useless.never come back.

Dishonest and terrible! Strongly not recommend to anyone! Their 4 mins car wash machine scrapped my rims and obviously they denied! I've spoken with few friends and they experienced the same! Also they vacuumed a rubber cap from car interior, the guy says would look for it and give it back, followed up a few time and never happen!

Staff have rude and bad attitude. I have Unlimited subscription for external car wash but every time I go to wash my vehicle which is not daily or even weekly they not happy like (WHY DID YOU COME HERE). Don't offer unlimited monthly or quarterly car wash if you don't want to do it. UNLIMITED means unlimited
