Crystal Car Wash Cafe

I dislike leaving negative reviews but after seeing the poor reviews of similar service, clearly things need to change. I went for a wash and interior vacuum. The outside still had dirty marks and the inside was still sandy. I took it back and pointed out the parts missed and they cleaned again for free but realistically, it would have been better to not get home, realise was still dirty and then have to drive back in to get done again.will travel the extra distance to a different wash next time and give then the year to imrpove service.

$200 and they couldn’t even vacuum or wipe down the back seats. Pointed out some basic detailing missed, ‘you have to pay for another package’.

Don't even bother, unless you want to get your car stolen and not cleaned. If you are in the business of stolen cars, definitely give this place a go, as they leave the cars unlocked with the keys, and no one will check to see if it's actually your car.

Just paid $199 for my car to still be dirty. Wanted something simple and I think I got conned into spending more money, not only did I have to tell them my mirror was still dirty but driving home there are still cobwebs and dust along my mirrors and windows. Awful service, as it was just a bunch of them standing around my car to look busy. They vaccumed the interior but apparently that's complimentary so I don't know what I paid for. Omg I just checked my interior it's still dusty, do not go here, never recommend

Absolute rip off! Over charged for the worst car wash ever. Car was still dirty & they were rude! Don’t go there! I’ll never go back there thieves!

The worst car wash ever. The staff offered me a special discount to clean & polish my car so I went for it. Upon receiving the car, the water was spilled all over the rubber mat and even get inside the speakers. Don’t go to this place!

The wash centre is near the service NSW Chatswood, Chatswood village and Chatswood Chase. It is a very nice place to take 30-40 mins to take a quick break. I was very busy during COVID and didn't have time to look after the car, the centre looked after it very well. I always drive here to have a detail of car wash when I have time and they provide a self server coffee, you can also experience the real car washing experience. The stuff is very nice. The price is a bit high for my perspective.

Staff yelled at my wife: what the hell are you doing! This is the service you will get at crystal car wash, when the car failed to enter the guide rail of the automated car washing system. Instead of trying to figure out the problem, they choose to go mad at their customers. Their staff jumped in the car to try again, still same issue, they chose to do it in a less safer way to have no driver in the driver seat, cause during the whole time, they think it’s my wife’s hitting the brake.luckily I knew the car was to going to backwards when rail failed to load the car. I chose to stay in the passenger seat, I had to hit the break from passenger seat with my hand, to avoid the car hitting another car behind us. Very poor service, they just couldn’t care less.

Worst car wash experience. I went to get my car cleaned and vacuumed and came back with my key broke in half. The owner subsequently blame me for having a faulty car key and that I have intentionally brought my car into the car wash to have them pay for a new car key.

Took my suv their this morning, had the $60 service and the team did an amazing job whilst I had a coffee inside. Will be back!

Car wash done in 5 min @ $55. In reality it's a machine wash. Boys at the front will play with your car for 1-2 minutes. And the guy with thd EFPOS machine knows nothing except charging the customers. Won't going there again.

It was ok. The big sign they had at the front said $25 for a 4 minute car wash. The guy actually decided to charge me $35. You really get what you pay for. It was an average wash, I did ask them to focus on cleaning the wheels, which they did but it was very inconsistent. Some wheels were very clean. Some were half done. It was quick, but you can tell it was a rush job.

Worst experience ever I had in my life. As shown on the photos, while car wash, they broke the window part and didnt tell me until I found out when I arrived home. I went back and said that the part is missing, they said it is not their faults. I told the worker in charge and he found the missing part in the rubbish bin. I still haven't got refund as they said the manager is not there. They must pay to fix the car and refund car wash.
Everyone, please do not go to wash the car here if you don't want your car to be damaged.

The wash was ok, for 50$ I got inside and outside cleaned, vacuumed. Fast service, really liked. There were few hard to wash spots left.

Not impressed. The staff were so unfriendly I felt very unwelcome. The coffee/tea was terrible and although the clean was ok the drivers seat was wet so when I got home I had to change out of my clothes. Won’t be going back
