CRYSTAL car wash cafe

They only offered to wash the outside of my car, apparently because it was raining. Terrible chain of business, all of the crystal car washes are awful.

I have been seriously impressed with this place over the last few months. A few months ago I signed up to the unlimited car wash package. Today I had a really unfortunate experience where I stepped in dog poo and unknowingly took it in to my car getting it all over the floor mats and pedals.

After taking the car to Crystal it was cleaned without question and no fuss was made. Can not recommend these guys enough. Thank you so much!

This happened a while ago but my sisters friend (10 years old) was extremely thirsty and needed water as was getting dizzy. We were bike riding and stopped here to get a cup of water. Just a cup. And they said no. Appalling behaviour.

A good place for a quick wash. But if you are after proper wash and clean, I wouldn't say my experience was outstanding. I asked for the signature wash and interior waxing, but the inner section of the doors were not properly cleaned. I would go to this place again for quick wash, but less likely for a thorough wash and clean

Appauled by this place. The machine tore off a plastic piece of my car which I walked in and retrieved after the wash. I told the staff what had happened and there was no regard or care. I was told "it was going to happen anyway". I was then offered a full interior clean as compensation and when I got the car back it looked like no one had even attempted to clean anything.
If you value your car, do not take it here.

They were fast even though the place was full. Cleaned well, including spots under the back window, inside doors.also vacuumed interior well.

I went in today to get a wash and vacuum inside and out. The price on the sign is $49 but I negotiated my down to $35. I had to get to the point of driving off before the man with the iPad said they can do it for that price. He was very rude and dismissive.

I walked over and opened the boot to check the problem area I specifically told them to clean and it still had all the dirt it originally had when I drove in there. I had to tell one of the workers to clean the areas I specifically came in for in the first place and was appalled at the lack of care and professionalism.

Feeling rushed out of the car wash I left after having a brief inspection. When I got home i had one finally look at the car and found three deep scratches taking off the white paint and revealing the black body underneath. I was angry and disgusted that this business continues to operate with no regard for their customers.

Don’t get your car washed here, better it looks dirty than damaged.

Quite happy so far, and have been coming back for over 6 months.
One of the managers, Amar, has great customer service skills, and also treats his staff well.

Pretty disappointed the paid $99 for a very bad wash. I was told all buffing and al interior and exterior to be taken care of. I wanted to more as I’m selling the car as well. Went to pick up was shocked. Mud was still on the surface and inside wasn’t properly clean. Dirt was still in the car and the dash boards were not even cleaned.
Don’t rip ppl off it’s pretty bad way to run a business. Take extra time to completely a give what you promise.
It’s not the quantity a good business succeeds with quality jobs. I wouldn’t put this comment if you do the right thing.
Also you broke my USB input it was just on the seat when I got into the car. You guys need to lift the game in handling ppl’s property. I can easily go to consumer affairs.
I wouldn’t go here. I live three houses down the road. You lost a regular customer.

To say that I am disappointed for what cost me $125 would be an understatement. I'm so glad that I didnt go for the $250 job that they tried hard to talk me into. So what did I get for my money? A quick wash on the outside and a very quick vacuum inside. I certainly won't be back and would never recommend them to anybody. Oh, and if your going to offer free coffee while the customer waits then for heavens sake make sure that there is coffee in the machine. The whole experience was a total rip off.

I really wish we had a decent in and out car wash anywhere near here. Crystal Car Wash make taking your car to get cleaned a painful process. The wash itself was OK however the almost relentless up-selling makes the whole process tiresome. If you don't want to wash cars for $19 then don't offer it.

DODGY! Bullied me (as lots of other reviewers here) into buying a more expensive wash than I initially requested. I wanted the simple $19 as advertised but after an annoying upselling they convinced me to pay $50 and get a “better wash” with polishing included. As much as I was carefull about not falling for the upselling, I liked the Idea of polishing the car and agreed to do it. Went inside the coffee shop and kept an eye on what they were doing as I had a feeling they would not do what they had promised. Car went through the quick automatic wash and after drying it, the employee started to wave at me from the outside, trying to get me to go out to collect the car. As I did not respond, the manager came in saying the car was ready, to which I replied they hadn’t done the polishing they had promised to do and his response was: “Oh.sorry, the employees weren’t aware your car should’ve been polished, we’ll do that now! ”. After a quick, uninspired “polish”, they handed back the car, which still looked like it had been just washed and dried. Got home to find the booth of the car full of water, probably from the pressure hose being aimed at the booth door seal for too long.
This was the first time I went to this place but will definitely NEVER go back to Northbridge Crystal Car Wash and will advise anyone I know to stay away from this business!

Crystal car wash has really deteriorated in service and quality of work. You can still see bits and pieces on the carpet and seats after vacuum and the quality of the wash is. …. Mehhhh

If I could put a minus 100 I would. I have been a costumer for some time. I’m well known to management and on the Queens Birthday weekend went in and took all 3 cars I own. I’m the morning I get alerts that fraudulent transactions have been made on my daughters cards. We go and look to see if her wallet is still in her car and yep it was missing. We went to discuss the situation and was told their CCTV does not work. So off we went to the police station to make a report. They will be caught and I cannot wait. Over $1700 was taken minus designer wallet $270 in cash gift cards etc. I hate theives and I’m so angry. Don’t go there as we have noticed over time small items went missing and just thought we misplaced them. Shame shame shame!

$5 Extra charge for a Forester and other small SUVs is hidden in corner of one small sign. They don't seem interested in you unless you are taking the $55+ options. After just a wash they just left it parked and didnt tell me it was done. Had to go and, ask someone. Still had heaps of dirty spots. Won't go there again.

Excellent work done by one of the manager there and would like to suggest everyone out there to visit once for there car get extremely clean.

I had an experience there, service, staff was so good, I always recommend other people to go to Northbridge crystal car wash. It’s been 2 years I am a loyal customer.

I asked for a vacuum of the interior and was quoted $25. When I inspected the car, there was still sand in all the compartments and blonde hair (not mine) stuck in the upholstery. The car did not look at all cleaned!

Average customer service, the wash was good however customer service could have been a little better

The $19 car wash is only slightly more expensive than lesser car washes and it does a better job. However, my first visit was confusing and frustrating. Poorly signed and poor customer service that seems concerned more with pumping cars through than providing respectful service.

I will return now that I’m aware of their routine, but will never spend more than $19 basic wash.
