AVOID AT ALL COST! First they'll push and push to sell you some package. You'll need to repeatedly explain you don't want any of this. When you finally get them to get started, don't expect any kind of care. I was charged $69 for going through the automatic machine and a 10min "cleaning". Marks were left everywhere in the cabin, no effort whatsoever. There was a mark I pointed to prior to them getting started, and they did not even attempt to clean it. I had to go and ask them to give it a try. It came right off. Some marks on the door had not even had a wipe. The outside was a disappointment too with a bird dropping still partially visible. Add to that no hello, bye, sorry, thank you or any kind of communication and you get level zero customer service. There is a reason they have all these bad reviews - well deserved. It was the last time I was going there.

The ppl try to upsell like their lives depends on it. Very overbearing. Will only go again in 6 months, it's not very good but gets the grime off a bit. Got the 27 dollar 4 min wash.

I got a full interior and exterior clean done and it was finished in 20 mins. I was charged $200 and it was the worse clean. Various parts were missing including cleaning the rims, areas inside the car etc.

I’ve been to other places much cheaper and they have done a spotless job. I won’t be coming back here

Sorry to say that I felt totally ripped off after agreeing to the upsell to the $199 “detail “.
A very smooth salesperson upsold me, and once we agreed on a particular wash, he tried to upsell me again. I hate that!
Anyway, it’s an auto wash, with a hand clean and vacuum after that.
It’s a shame that the auto wash doesn’t clean glass at the very edge of the windscreen, nor does it clean the back window of an suv which has a little roof edge over it…. Thinking they would be hand wiped, I was wrong!
Correction 1) I got the hand over guy to hand clean a few areas that were immediately noticeable.
Correction 2) after I drove off I saw that my windscreen was still covered in bugs. I drove back, fuming. My car went through the auto wash again.
Correction 3) I had to personally show one cleaner how the clean the glass under the weather shield.
After I was advised by what appeared to be “the boss” that everything was perfect, I went over to the car, I saw the dirty windscreen edges (mentioned above). He reluctantly cleaned these. Then I thought I should open the back doors of the car…. And there was still evidence of mud/snow on the back of the leather front seats (courtesy of grandkids). Tried of asking, I asked for “the bosses” wet towel and did this myself.

I HAVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH AN INCOMPETENT CAR WASH/ DETAIL. EVER.

Oh, the final insult I found out the morning after, when I saw that my Amex payment had attracted a 3% surcharge, which of course was never mentioned!
I don’t think it legal not to declare/ display such surcharges.

If you go here, be prepared to fight off the determined upsell (very irritating) and don’t expect them to go above and beyond.

Poor experience. Very pushy staff member, talks incredibly fast, mumbles, and trys to upsell you deals. The prices are unrealistic for what you get, "$200/$300 detailing" for what amounts to an automatic car wash and a quick interior hand clean. Feels like a scam. Also there is no "cafe", it's just a free coffee machine. Your business is bad and you should feel bad (aimed at corporate, as I assume the staff are poorly trained and paid). Get your act together Crystal Carwash.

I get my car washed all the time at the car wash cafe for convenience as it is close to home, and have been so disappointed each time. I have paid good money to have my car cleaned polished etc and I always feel like the job is half done & super ripped off!

They saw me coming! The manager talked me into wax and polish and still had bird poo on it after it was finished.
I do not recommend this car wash at all.

Awful job. Had to point out everything they missed (a lot), and watch them while they did it. Even then, they missed a ton. Left black speckles all over the bodywork from a dirty rag, blasted water into the boot, and of course tried to rip me off.

Don’t go here. I’ll spend about as much effort myself fixing what they missed.

I was at this car wash just a few months ago and got a wash and vacuum for $49.00. I drove in today and was told it's $100 for the same service. I asked why it had doubled in less than six months. I said, "no thanks". He then said, "ok, we'll do it for $50". He almost bullied me into saying yes, but I practically shut the door on him with a firm NO THANKS. This car wash has really gone down hill. I went to my local car wash and paid half the price.

Side mirror glass broken after the wash.

Have been a customer for many years, everything was fine until yesterday. Took my car for an in-n-out wash before rego check. They recommended a more expensive wash since it was very dirty. I paid $100 and explained to the staff that the lights on dashboard was playing up. Left the car with them for 40mins.

When I went to pick up the car, I found the driver side mirror glass broken into pieces, and almost falling halfway. At shock, I asked the staff who took the key from me what happened to the car. He asked whether the mirror was like this before. Of course it was not? ! If the mirror were broken: 1. I would not have driven the car for forty minutes and get a car wash 2. I was getting a rego check on that day and I would have headed to the mechanics first 2. Staff would not proceed with their service since the mirror glass is falling, there is no way that no one noticed

The manager came and what he explained was basically he saw the car came out of their machine with mirror glass broken already. But what happened after I handed the car key to them and during the wash? I mentioned whether they could check surveillance camera footage because I`m 100% sure the mirror was fine when I dropped the car.

I was offered a free car wash but no I just want my car mirror back. I left without getting compensated for the damaged mirror. And for the rego the car was not roadworthy obviously.
Still upset about trying to have my car cleaned but returned with a damaged mirror.

Dont bother with the 250 clean. You will spend your weekend actually cleaning your own car.
Windows still filthy and dirt still in consols.
Dust and dirt left in the most obvious places. Like they are not even pretending.

This place progressively gets worse each time I have go. No more. If you take the risk then make sure you get what you pay for.

Charged $10 on top of the listed price of $22 to wash my wheels (signage does not indicate that wheels will not be included) and when I got home I noticed my wheels weren't clean anyway. Since when does a professional car wash not include wheels? Misleading pricing, poor quality service.

Wow what a waste of money. Took my car for an inside and outside wash and vacuum. The car isn’t vacuumed properly, they never wiped the dashboard or doors down. What a waste, Quick and useless job.

Complete rip off with staff hounding you until you agree to a more expensive wash and then find they do nothing extra for the money.
Workers are bored and not interested and only do the bare minimum.
Ill never go back.

Inside my car was dirty that’s why I pay to wash.
The manager said your is so dirty. Also, it wasn’t dirty much. Just vacuuming was enough for cleaning.

This was the worst customer experience Ive had in many years. The 'management' stand around in an intimidating way and didn't even utter a word or come to my vehicle. I paid for a $200 interior detail that took only 30 minutes. I then had to insist that a cleaner walk around with me for 15 minutes, just to finish wiping dirt and grime from standard, easy to reach places. They didn't even clean under the rear foot mats. No apologies, no effort to complete the project. I would highly recommend you steer clear away from this place - they are ripping customers off.
