Another reason not to use these guys, the shower bath does not drain, even when we remove the plug.

We are very happy with our bathroom renovation by Crystal Bathrooms. They did an amazing job. From the initial quote until the final sign off, we were kept fully informed of every stage of the renovation. The Project Manager was always available to answer any questions we had and he made sure the tradesmen were there when required. The work done by each of the tradesmen was efficient and faultless and our bathroom was completed on time.

I have been very impressed with Crystal Bathrooms who have assisted me in the design of my bathroom, kitchen and powder room/laundry renovation. For the visual aspect, they utilise virtual reality and that made such a difference in my decision making. All requests were answered promptly which developed trust.

UPDATE. Never finished my bathroom lied and said I refused access and cancelled the contract, check their FB page and you’ll see they delete any negative honest comments and pay for their positive ones Scam scam company actually a relief not to have to deal with them, horrible people from woe to go. Have had many poor people contact me with similar experiences and same inefficient site manager James. Honestly run a mile from these people…. My nightmare bathroom, worked hard saved hard the bathroom of my dreams ended up a nightmare. Don’t go there! Worst experience ever, completely unprofessional. 6 week contract, new slab and form work done week two and we’re week 12 toilet went in week 9 shower week 10.we lived with that.and it’s still not finished. Barely any communication, tradies 2 days a week if lucky, all subcontractor and site manager arrogant and absent, weeks went by with no onsite visit. At one stage I was manager as he’d gone on holidays and apparently the company doesn’t feel that they need to have someone checking trades.
Minimal reply to calls or email from the company all the building rubble dumped in my yard and my loungeroom.unbelievable but true. Sloppy, the sliding door closes with a gap.apparently it’s meant to do that as my condescending site manager explained to me.because that’s what you have a bathroom/toilet door not closing next to a dining room
Bathroom is 3m x 1.8. $35,000 so far cupboard hasn’t been installed as they changed the design without consultation telling me a linen cupboard needs a drawer to make it structurally sound ‍️
When I wouldn’t sign their changes they ghosted.no contact still paint on the floor, misinstalled towel rails. I guess it’s fair trading for me.serious warning they are all smoke and mirrors …my bathroom doesn’t represent the 3D design.according to Crystal Bathrooms ‘ they have the right to change it

Awful awful people and company, stay away such a horrible time

Crystal bathrooms has just responded as per below. I heard from the site manager James 2 days ago, the site manager who I have requested in writing to be replaced numerous times and also requested via email 4 times to have mediation as we clashed throughout as he was rarely on site to check work.
I have never received a complaint from the company that I was rude or hung up, I would have imagined if this was true to protect their staff I would have received an official warning of inappropriate behavior.

At the start of the lockdown in Sydney when only essential tradespeople were allowed to work, Crystal Bathrooms informed me they wanted to send three different tradespeople including a cleaner to my house on a Saturday morning. Not essential, not what the government was mandating and not safe for my household with me being a frontline worker.
I requested work to be completed post pandemic lockdown
After 18weeks on a 6 week contract, with no unforeseen circumstances since week 2 I received a text message from James requesting tradies to attend tomorrow to install a cupboard and finish off. Middle of a pandemic and Crystal is requesting to send tradies again the essential installation of a cupboard 10weeks overdue. As stated to the company my son is home schooling senior high school via zoom and tradesmen attending on school days during term is not suitable. This apparently is denying access.

Crystal bathrooms responses as below is blaming me for a bathroom that has not been completed. The door doesn’t close, the cupboard isn’t installed and there’s paint all over the floor tiles and plaster debris all over the front verandah. Reading their responses to any negative feedback is either victim blaming or denial of any knowledge of the complainant.
No Crystal my bathroom is not fantastic it’s unfinished and not completed as per the contract I signed. Blames me and try and shame me, my son laughed when he read you’d pulled him in. Photo of door that doesn’t close… and is that a handle. 3D was very different to this cheap excuse for a door….

I would like to commend Crystal Bathrooms in agreeing to alter their company policy to allow a refund to be paid as a result of not using a contracted plumber to repair our toilet as it was an extremely urgent matter that needed to be resolved immediately.

I really appreciate your very kind understanding and co-operation in this matter.

Did not enjoy my experience with this company. They are litigious, so I'll be brief.

They will raise overpriced and not required by any measure variations on day 2, and threaten you with legal action.

My advice is to be very aware of your contract.

Unprofessional behaviour, tried to get out of meetings that was set to provide assistance and design advice.as soon as some roadbumps were hit, tried to get out of meetings and then hangs up on you.

Remodelled studio apartment brought it from the 1970s to the present day! Also managed to do this during Covid and with apartment owners locked down in Melbourne, a great achievement.

We used Crystal Bathrooms to convert a small room into an ensuite bathroom in our home. The service, professionalism, timeliness and quality of work was exceptional throughout the entire process. We loved the virtual reality headset which enabled us to see exactly what our new bathroom would look like before the project commenced.
I highly recommend Crystal for competitive pricing and excellent workmanship from all the tradesmen. It was a great experience and the bathroom looks amazing.

Stefan and team did a great job capturing our bathroom renovation requirements. Their presentation of 3D and VR really helped us. Unfortunately we were unable to take home contract documents to consider calmly at our leisure.

Renovated my bathroom and laundry at the same time. Process took longer than expected than initially quoted and cost was more as well. That is to be expected with any renovations. Having said that, I am happy with the final results.

In a year where the cruise didn't happen, Crystal Bathrooms created my own porthole and stunning ensuite renovation. A very professional company using quality products and the virtual experience was the absolute best.

Working with this company, also known as Clientel Developments, was an appalling experience for me. I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews. I didn’t appreciate the threats to stop work unless I signed off on something I didn’t agree with. It was an awful experience, I’m just glad it’s over and I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

I called the for a quote and the person was so rude on the call that he hanged up with no notice. He was just pressing on the price when I wanted to understand the details what he was not interested to listen. Will Never go to them again.

Crystal Bathrooms did an excellent job renovating my bathroom. The entire process from design to completion was very well managed. The quality of the work the tradesmen did was excellent. The bathroom was finished on time. I highly recommend Crystal Bathrooms.

DON’T DO IT!

I chose this company (also known as Clientel Developments) because they were local but will certainly regret that decision for a long time to come! I paid $7000 to have a bath tub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower, after doing some of the initial demolition myself. When quoted, I was told it was a three day job. After they had my deposit, the foreman said it would take five days. The whole renovation ended up taking 15 work days, due to only getting one or two little things done in a day, regular mistakes and multiple no-shows!

The only thing my initial foreman, James, was any good at was making excuses for mistakes or work not getting done. Then, for whatever reason, he was replaced by Andrew, who was equally talented at making excuses and embellishing the truth. He went on to behave in a very unprofessional and rude manner when I asked him to be more courteous and let me know if his workers were delayed or not going to turn up at all. When I complained about the service I was receiving from Andrew, I was downright bullied and absolutely nobody from the company was willing to take responsibility or improve the situation.

Their workers were incredibly messy and never came prepared to minimise or clean up their mess, not even bringing a drop sheet or vacuum! They showed absolutely no respect for my property, even running a garden hose through my apartment to try and unblock the shower drain, after workers did not cover/protect it from debris and rubble. I even caught a tiler tipping grout and water down my toilet!

Every step of the process, the workmanship was such poor quality. I expected more after the slick salesman who quoted the job kept pointing out poor workmanship in my existing bathrooms but their work is no better. In fact, I’ve never tiled in my life but suspect I could do a better job! I provided more than enough tiles only to have a number of damaged ones used, which now serve as a constant reminder of the lack of attention to detail and care shown throughout this entire renovation!

After 11 days of work, they still hadn’t finished and I had to suspend access to my apartment, for their safety, due to unrelated structural work. When I could finally get them back to finish the job, the “final clean” was completely inadequate and a waste of my time. I was just glad it signified that my dealings with this company had finally come to an end (let's hope!)

We had our ensuite bathroom completely renovated and it was lovely to be able to see the whole thing via VR before it started. Even though it took a bit longer (7 weeks compared to 3 weeks planned) due to unexpected circumstances, the Project Manager James was professional and was busy scheduling the many contractors involved. He made sure little details were attended to along the way. The workers were polite too and understanding as we requested for them to remove their shoes going upstairs that was carpeted, when the drop sheets were yet to be placed. James had no problem sending the workers back to do touch ups where necessary. Thank you for the hard work. We are happy with the bathroom outcome.

I wholeheartedly recommend Crystal Bathrooms if you are after a cost-effective and timely renovation that looks as neat and glam as the 3D pictures. We renovated 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet with Crystal (2 separate apartments) as 2 distinct projects. Each took only 3.5 weeks from demolition to final handover - a bloody miracle! The quote was responsive to our requirements and the contract was clear and comprehensive. The quote was also exactly what they delivered so check the details to make sure all the correct fixtures are included and be diligent. Other people who quoted us fiddled with inclusions in their quotes so they 'appeared' cheaper than Crystal but really weren't! The folks at Crystal are super professional and open to feedback.
Robert suggested a slight alteration to the design of one of our bathrooms that made a huge difference to the feel of the room- a real value add and we would never have thought of it ourselves.
The works themselves were managed smoothly and our project manager, James, handled any challenges with neighbors. The final result is absolutely fabulous and polished. We were thorough with our final walk through and any small things that we wanted fixed up were then promptly fixed. The cost was exactly as quoted with only 1 addition of needing to replace old pipes to ensure longevity of the renovation. All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending Crystal to anyone who is thinking about renovating their bathroom.
