Took a little longer than expected and a few bumps along the way but ultimately happy with the end result with Andrew doing his best to manage everything. Good to do your own research so there’s no confusion. Enjoying the end result now.

My experience with Crystal Bathrooms was extremely disappointing. Initially, they quoted $35,000 for my bathroom renovation 1.4m wide and 4m long, but after demolition, they demanded an additional $25,000 for items they claimed were omitted. They said if I would not pay it and decide to cancel the contract, they would charge me for the two weeks of preparation. This blatant attempt to extract more money was infuriating.
The quality of their work was appalling. The finished bathroom was a disaster, with numerous flaws and shoddy craftsmanship evident throughout. The floor is incredibly uneven, and their solution was unsatisfactory – placing a tiny piece of wood under my vanity, leaving a massive gap. When I raised concerns with my foreman, James, I was met with dismissiveness and rudeness, labeled as a 'needy client. '
They failed to check or measure if their work met standards. Despite my requests for a report with their measurements, I've received no response. Even the walls are uneven.
When I provided photographic evidence of their poor workmanship, they shamelessly dismissed my complaints, insisting the pictures were misleading. They also botched a wall installation in my bedroom, ignoring our concerns about misaligned doors. Despite our efforts to address these issues, they claimed everything met NSW construction standards, which was absurd.
Their incompetence was further highlighted when the door they installed came off its guides. Their response? Blaming us for misuse. What was meant to be a 3-4 week project dragged on for an agonising 4 months, with constant delays and excuses.
I've had enough. I refuse to deal with Crystal Bathrooms any longer and strongly advise others to avoid their subpar services

Four years ago we had our bathroom renovated by Crystal Bathrooms. A few weeks ago one of the hinges on the bathroom cabinet door broke. Even though the work was out of warranty Crystal Bathrooms arranged to have it repaired at no cost. I was very surprised that they would do this. The repairman turned up at exactly the agreed time and replaced all three hinges on the door. I was so grateful and wanted to record how much I appreciated what they did.

I was incredibly impressed at how good the customer service and execution is at Crystal Bathrooms. Shout out to Glenn. Out of all the companies I contacted, Crystal Bathrooms was the only one to come immediately, thoroughly assessed the job with the utmost professionalism, and provided us with an urgent quote and renderings! You would think for this top notch service, they would be costly - but out of all the quotes I received, they were the most competitive. Customer service is really important to me, its a relief to know that working with Crystal Bathrooms, my project will be in safe hands. Thank you so much! I look forward to working with you soon.

Crystal Bathrooms has just completed my bathroom remodel and the end result is fantastic.

I really enjoyed the design phase and playing around with ideas and suggestions. Barry did the initial assessment of my bathroom and was able to guide me through the design process with ideas and suggestions that I would never have thought of (thanks Barry).

My project manager was James, he was always contactable, friendly and professional throughout the renovation. Naturally with a project involving multiple trades there were a few small issues on the way but nothing James could not sort out and resolve (thanks James, great work).

I am very pleased with my amazing new bathroom.

This is our first time using Crystal Bathroom to renovate the ensuite toilet. Greg is our PM of the job and he is energetic, approachable & understanding. Doesn't matter whether the request is minor or big, he will try to resolve it and achieve the end result that the client wants.

If you don't want a headache for organizing, chasing up the schedule, cleaning after the renovation. Then pay a premium price and let Crystal Bathroom look after you. I particularly like all the tradesmen they use are very polite and clean.

Crystal Bathrooms renovated our bathroom, and my wife and I were very pleased with the result. Crystal Bathrooms took care of the renovation of my bathroom right down to the bones. I was conscious of how much I was spending but given the quality of the end result and the professional service given to me by the sales rep Josh and the foreman Andrew I’m very pleased with the spend.

Steer clear, dodgy tradesman, bathroom fittings not installed correctly, I had to pay a Reece tradesman to correct their work.took longer than expected, days when no one showed up and why pay a project manager, when you have to manage them. Went with a bathroom company so I could continue to work, without the stress, but instead it was a nightmare!

We renovated our two bathrooms with Crystal Bathrooms and could not be happier with the result. They were professional throughout and managed the entire project, from design to sourcing all of the materials and scheduling all of the work to completion.

James, our site manager, was extremely helpful in answering our questions and making sure that the works were carried out to our satisfaction.

We were not happy as both the time and budget blew right out after bathroom had been demolished, leaving us no choice but to continue with you. We had two foremen and can provide their names if necessary.

All that aside what we really want is the guarantees upheld as the fan stopped working and Crystal bathrooms foreman stated it would cost 600 dollars for a new contactor and the cost of the fan.
We also complained about the mould in the bathroom to no avail- we have since repainted our bathroom ourselves.

I was very impressed with the service workmanship from Crystal bathrooms. Always on time also leaving everything very clean and tidy after the days work.

Every time I see my new bathroom and my new laundry I feel so good. The team at Crystal did a wonderful job coordinating all the trades and keeping us informed. And when things didn't go quite right our project manager Andrew was very responsive and sorted things out. I'm very happy with our two renovated rooms.

Paint in bathroom mouldy didnt use mould proof paint denied this and refused to believe me despite photos
Wont give us the guarantees despite several phone calls and emails things like waterproofing and new fittings
Bathroom fan did not work after 6 months will not replace despite telling us it was too small for the area stating it was installed by contractors
Pulled the bathroom apart then refused to do the refit unless we paid extra $3000 for new pipes
Tradies did not turn up when supposed to

Crystal bathroom were professional from start to finish - Con the project manager kept me informed daily as to what had happened and what was next - well done Con. All the tradesmen were polite and neat and tidy - Very happy with my renovation.

Crystal Bathrooms renovated my early 1980's bathroom and brought it into the 21st century with contemporary design. It was such an easy process as my worksite manager Pranav made sure that all trades showed up on time and completed works to the highest standards.

The company made every stage of the process straight forward from design, through to completion.

We have just had an ensuite renovation completed and found the work of a high standard, and my wife are very happy with not only the standard of workmanship but also the attention to detail. The site engineer Andrew ensured that all the work by the licensed trades was all done satisfactorily.
Andrew kept us in touch at all times of the ongoing renovation and did a really good job.

Crystal did a beautiful design to renovate my 1980s bathroom to a modern Hampton's style. Their advice was excellent. There were some hiccups along the way, but the site manager Tamika, was very helpful in advising me, and if she couldn't she contacted her boss. It took a few weeks longer and cost more than expected because of variations in the plumbing and ceiling. These were reasonable and fair though, I thought.
I wasn't happy with a couple of different things like the silicone joinery, but Tamika organised for the trades to come back and sort it out.
Bathroom reno's are stressful and expensive, but Tamika made it work out. Can't thank her enough!
