30I’ve been going to Cryo Northern Beaches now for a little over two months and it’s amazing. I was looking to try something different to help with hormonal balance. I’ve done the whole body Cryo, red light therapy and the Cryo Slim. All are so good. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The owners are super caring and nice. It is very evident they take pride in the way they run their business as they ensure every service is a great experience. Making appointments is very easy and convenient. Every rooms is always very clean, organized and smells amazing. I always leave feeling better than when I came.
I've had cryo therapy in past and found out it was suitable for my ailments, with the new machine that I experienced at CRYO northern beaches it treats you from top to toe and I found it to be a better experience and more overall results for me. BTW Ash, I had the best night sleep after my session and hit a two and half hour session at the gym the next morning with ease, I look forward to our next session.

Yesterday I had cupping combined with massage. Today it has left me feeling incredibly relaxed. My lower back pain is gone. I slept amazingly well, not waking in the night like I usually do. Dimple is fantastic. Prior to starting Dimple asks in-depth questions about your health. The space is beautiful and very welcoming. I could not recommend Northern Beaches Cryotherapy more.

CRYO Northern Beaches is an amazing place. I have been having localised Cryo on my foot to treat Plantar Fasciitis and the results have been amazing. I have also had red light therapy which was wonderful and relaxing. Dimple and Ash are so knowledgeable, welcoming and lovely that I always look forward to my next appointment.
