So glad i found Cryo Northern Beaches. I was so pleased with my treatments that i chose for myself. The Cryo facelift is one of my favourite treatments i can see the difference immediately my skin is glowing afterwards for days. The Lymphatic Compression is also amazing i can feel and see the difference straight away, I couldn’t believe it! Having both treatments done together is extremely relaxing.

My first visit with Dimple for acupuncture & cupping was excellent. I felt so much better 2 days later & am looking forward to trying more!

I can not recommend Dimple & Ash enough. I was suffering with a flare up in my hand and foot from rheumatoid arthritis. I could not even weight bare and after 3 sessions my foot was totally back to normal. After 2 sessions my hand was also back to normal. This is definitely going to become a regular part of my routine now. I am so thankful for finding this clinic ️

After traveling 14 hours from the United States, this CRYO session was exactly what by partner needed. The staff are so welcoming, and very good at explaining everything in good detail so you feel as comfortable as you can be. They make sure you are good through the entire experience, and support you during the session to eliminate any fears or worry. Highly recommend trying this to help improve not only your physical health, but mental health as well.

First time at this centre. Highly recommend. Set up is extremely and the explanation of the process was great. Did the whole body CRYO which is such a great experience. Also was provided some localised treatment on my Golfers elbow. What a great result. Will be back.

Highly recommend. I had never done Cryotherapy before and didn't know what to expect, but Ash and Dimple made me feel really comfortable. They were very friendly and explained the whole process. You can tell they really take pride in what they do and go the extra mile to make sure every experience is enjoyable. I didn't realize Cryotherapy had such a profound positive effect on the nervous system, and I felt so relaxed and light after my treatment. I also highly recommend getting the air compression massage after your Cryotherapy treatment, as it's a really relaxing way to finish up and also a great way to promote lymphatic drainage which has so many benefits for the body. I will definitely be back to this clinic. Great service makes all the difference! Thank you.
