Crown Group

We lived in the Arc by Crown Group building for 6 months. Conditions were great, and always great support from Taylor at the agency.

As an owner of an apartment in Infinity Green Square, I am very pleased with how Crown Group has managed my property thus far. They managed to secure a tenant for me in less than 2 weeks and retained them since.

Communication with Kelvin the agent has been excellent since the beginning. He is professional and very responsive. He is liked by the tenant and solves many problems for us. In particular, during Covid, he helped the tenant and I come to an amicable arrangement and help keep both parties happy.

With regards to property management, all the statements are always neatly complied and always emailed on time. Strata is on top of any maintenance and the building itself is kept in much better conditions than most apartment blocks in Sydney.

Rented a property through Taylor at the crown group. He was very friendly and always able to help when any issues with the apartment arose.

The property was well presented and hassle free when signing the contract and moving in.

We lived in the Top Ryde city living complex which was a wonderful complex. When we moved out we had our going our inspection done and this was very quick and reasonable and Taylor had the great finishing touch to call and confirm the Bond was returned and wish us luck for the future. Terrible services like what the other comments have suggested. My agent was Vince Lanni. Will respond to your email and text only after repeated inquiry, and always with the wrong response.

Unfortunately I had to deal with with very unprofessional, rude and irritating agent Monish Sengar.
He not only didn't respect my privacy, he had racial comment about how asian people sound.

Never ever lease a property through Crown, the property management team is horrible. They will try to charge you on for so many random things once you move out. Biggest scam ever!

I've recently moved into the V by Crown in Parramatta which I love very much. Vince Ianni the property manager was very professional and made the whole process very smooth. Highly recommended:)

If time could go back, I swear that I would NEVER EVER buy in any of Crown's mass development. I couldn't see any piece of transparency inside and out. Everything is colluded, it's just a perfect net and trap for end consumers.

Absolutely love the projects by Crown Group - each uniquely different and really providing some beauty to the Sydney architectural landscape! I have had nothing but wonderful service from the Crown Group team, not to mention there jaw-dropping events! They are second to none!

We have only ever had amazing experiences with crown. Everything they do is beautiful, elegant and extravagant. They have great customer service and everything is tailored for clients needs. They go above and beyond and their buildings are iconic. They use insanely talented architects for each of their projects and you can see this from how beautiful their buildings are. It’s truly a great company.

I’ve bought a unit from Crown Group and leased it with them too and couldn’t be happier with the service, thank you!

The crown group agent provide the worst service ever,
I lived in Sydney for 11 years, have rent so many apt with many different agent, and crown as a large company, can you imagine how low of its service is?
I bought 6 apts in Sydney. And Thanks God I didn't buy any crown groups property!
Especially the Korean guy, his name is Andrew Kim, he is even using abbusive language on the phone to me.
