Eastlakes prayer facilities and youth centre shut down prior to the date given to us. Extremely disappointing

I rented in the ARC by crown in Sydney CBD for 2 years. As a tenant, the rental experience and the building manager was awesome. However, be aware of unethical and unprofessional conduct from the agents - Mim Krimotat and Stephanie Mastronardo.

Once we moved out we returned the property in a good condition with professional EOL cleaning. The agent asked us to pay $2000 from the bond as they want to repaint all the walls mostly due to wear and tear condition. We asked for time to review the evidence in details and they have responded "How do you not agree" and pressured us to pay within a day because new tenant moving in soon. We disputed regardless and tried to reason but in vein, the agent applied straight with bond deduction via RBA.
We went through NCAT tribunal process because NSW fair trading guideline stated normal wear tear are not tenant's responsible so the repair cost can not be claimed via bond deduction. During the tribunal process, the agent bullied and pressured us again saying they are experienced agents for 10 years and never heard of fair trading guideline so you must pay. At the end NCAT is in favour on our side and final bond deduction was around $400 for wall cleaning and touch ups.

They are good agents for the landlord but not for the tenant. Be aware and know your rights.

My dealings with Crown Grp and their associated partners has been nothing but an expensive nightmare. What should have been a relatively pleasant experience at 67, buying a new apartment to see out your final retirement years, was anything but a pleasant time. I made the purchase in July 21 and was assured by Colliers, who was Crown Grps sales agent. They told me that I would be living there by October 21. Now I know Covid hit a lot of industries but I live close by to the project and was all hands on deck, except for 2 weeks in October when a worker on site contracted Covid and it was shut down for 2 weeks. Then October became November and December but I was assured again I would be in before Xmas. I was selling my house in Maroubra and settlement was for 30 November, so moving into the unit in December wasn’t so bad. At this stage, even after paying a deposit I had not heard a word from Crown. All my dealings was through Colliers and Crowns solicitors Dentons (don’t get me started on Dentons, read their reviews). So when Crown Grps real estate agent tells you that you will be living there by Xmas and confirmed by the construction supervisor, you assume they are telling the truth but NA! Crown finally contacted me in mid December only to tell me that I might be moving in, in late January IF all goes well. I tried to explain to them that I am now homeless because of the misinformation that I was constantly given. No offer from Crown of a discounted apartment like the thousands they have in Sydney sitting empty. NO, I had to stay in cheap hotels til March and it was only when I drove passed the building and saw people live there. I was one of the first cash buyers with nowhere to live and they hadn’t bothered to let my solicitor know that we could settle even though their solicitors Dentons knew I wanted settlement ASAP. I now live here and hate it, this was the tip of the iceberg. One year and I will sell and go. GOOD LUCK if your buying from Crown. Hand on heart not one lie and I’ve been really really easy on them you wouldn’t believe the rest of it. Mike Cochrane (The Grand) Ha!

When I came to Australia, I had the worst experience with my first agency naming Laing and Simmons but after that it was a smooth ride for me and my mates with Crown agency. Crown agency in particular helped us with all the aspects a tenant can expect from their agency. We signed a new lease at the Infinity green square as wonderful as the property is I have to say we had the same experience with the agent in charge that is Mim Krimotat. The quick service and hassle-free process to rent a house made us loyal to Crown. Mim is immaculate at what she does, she assisted us with every single hurdle that we faced in lease agreement formalities. Couldn't have had a better agency in particular a better agent. Thank you Infinity by Crown agency for an astonishing experience! Also thanks to Kelvin Ma, Raymond Sitia.

Raymond and Stephanie are a really good team working on helping you settling in into Sydney. The team was very responsive and helpful with any possible issued you might have. The moving in and moving out process was done professionally and making sure that we were look after. The Building Manager, all the reception team and the entire Crown group are a good team, professional, available for helps and provide an amazing service.

First of all, thank you, Stephanie and Taylor for a job well done. For the past 3 years or so, my stay at Top Ryde apartment 713B was awesome. From time to time, the unit inspection was done professionally and i had no issue with any claims. The final inspection report prepared by Stephanie, was very detailed and she carried out her duty professionally. I got to admit, i did learn a thing or two from the final report as a tenant. Keep up with the good work, Stephanie. Do help me to thank the Pacific BMG team (Adrian, Steve etc) for a job well done in maintaining the apartments and making Top Ryde apartments a safe and pleasant place to live in.

Due to Covid I had to organise to vacate my Sydney apartment while I was located in Brisbane with no certainty as to when I could return. I explained the situation to the property agent Kelvin who was incredibly helpful throughout - organising keys for friends who were helping with the move, extending the vacate date when we had an unexpected set back and recommending a great cleaner. It made a stressful situation much easier. Thanks Kelvin!

I was a tenant in the Skye Building and made a very good experience with the Crown Group.
Whenever I had an issue or repair to be done, Crown followed up instantly and made sure I'm satisfied.
The move out process and lease return were also performed in a customer friendly manner and excellent fairness.
