Such a well mannered gentleman running this place, Bill. And greatly friendly technical staff explaining clearly what’s wrong and how they are going to fix it. This is truly an art to be able to communicate a technical problem and it’s solution to a customer and these guys have it.

Cremorne Automotive is the the most established business in auto repairs and customer service, specifically on the lower north shore. Service with a smile. I can say this after over 15 years of loyalty, no complaints, good pricing and quick turnaround, I would never go elsewhere.

Must say, Raff and the team have made me personally more educated about the cars I own whether my first car at 17 or the luxury corporate vehicle I do deals with now!

Avoid garage at all costs. Paid almost 1 thousand dollars for them to fix a problem which wasn't what we needed fixed, or related to the problem which was described when it was put in. Car came back to us with new warning lights on which weren't there we we gave the car in, after telling them of this problem we were told that they had been like that since before we brought it in and were called liars. Then after having the car out for an hour it broke down with the exact same problem as before, and after contacting the garage and putting the car in for a second time they told us there was nothing wrong with it. Terrible customer service, treats woman as if they know nothing about cars and complete rip off merchants.

We have been using Cremorne Automotive for a number of years. It's a word that is rarely used in this industry, but these guys are honest. When an injector started leaking on our diesel, I know there would be many garages that would have tried to hit me for new injectors and probably delivery pipes too. Cremorne Auto however correctly identified the problem as being relatively simple and inexpensive to repair. Raff gets the vehicles in, out and back on the road with a minimum of fuss and at a reasonable price. It's one of the reasons his shop is always at 100% utilisation. It's a long winded way of saying I would highly recommend them.

When they say they'll call back to give you a quote, they never really mean it. Too busy to do other juicy jobs.

Dropped my car off because it was using heaps of water.let me preface this by saying my car is not worth much to someone else but it’s in good nick and better the devil you know. (1996 C220 Merc) The bloke there told me to leave it with them, he”ll call with the what’s wrong and off I went. They were flat out, cars everywhere, so didn’t expect much. They even offered me a loan car which I didn’t need. Got a call later in the day with some bad news. The head was blown. I knew there was oil in the water so I had an inkling things weren’t good. Not wanting to through good money after bad he made a fair assessment and gave me an estimated cost of repair. It came in under the rough quote (about $2000 he said) which I did not expect. Most places throw a few dollars on because you are captive. I took it home for a bit and then back again to check it prior to a trip to the snow. They did a safety check no charge. Off I went and have returned with the reason for the story. I now have better fuel consumption, roughly just under 800kms per tank (without draining it) on a car that has 180000+ kms on the dial. They told me they cleaned the management system, engine harness, and flushed everything.and it shows. I am very very impressed with the service and subsequent major repair. The car mind you was sitting in -6 degrees for a week in the snowy mountains driving up and down the mountain range under duress with chains on. And never missed a beat! Then I appreciate city kms are different but to increase economy on an old girl like mine is phenomenal! Shows they obviously TUNE the car and not just replace parts. Totally blown away and will be taking my car back. I’ll also push the wife to start taking her 2016 Merc there too as $2000 from the dealer got me a service and 2 tyres not a full engine rebuild. It’s nice to find a decent honest operator. Never thought I’d be so blown away by a car service
