Had an excellent experience today. Booked in to get a pink slip with my 6 week old baby in tow. Excellent service and when they found out my battery in my car key was flat, they didn’t hesitate to replace it for me which is something I’ve been meaning to do for months! I will be back! Great service. Thank you again

I've been using Cremorne Automotive for about twenty years and I always sing their praises and recommend them to friends and family. And today I'll make it public because they really deserve it. Year in and year out, superb tradesmanship and kind, personalised customer service. I've always believed and still do that I will be treated honestly and respectfully and will always be charged a fair price. They always consult me on decisions re the car and the costs and never seem to be about the money. I have never felt patronised about my lack of mechanical knowledge and my questions and suggestions are never dismissed. They are always crazy busy, for obvious reasons, but seem to be highly efficient so things are done when they say they'll be done. What prompted me to do this review is that Raff and his team came to my rescue yet again, and I just think they're a great business and good people.

A big thanks to the Cremorne Auto team- my tail light blew over the Easter long weekend. I phoned first thing on Tuesday and my car was fixed before midday. Great service and very reliable.

I have been servicing my car with the Cremorne Automotive for few years now and my overall experience is awesome with them. Last weekend I saw greenish fluid underneath my car when I returned to my shopping centre parking slot. Initial check for coolant level was okay but I was totally worried over the weekend so on Monday I drove straight to Cremorne Automotive, it was totally busy day at there, but Raff and team took out some time from their tight schedule to inspect the vehicle and moreover did not charge for it. Now I can drive with the peace of my mind. I would highly recommend them for outstanding and prompt services. Cheers.

Called up to organise a pink slip and they managed to get me in much quicker than anyone else locally. Service was great, the staff are friendly and they were super efficient, very often when mechanics do pink slips they try to look for ways to get extra work but these guys were honest and upfront and didn't try to rip me off which i really appreciated. Will be back to do my servicing here!

I had to get my pink slip organised and the team at Cremorne Automotive were very professional and extremely efficient. I said I had to be out ASAP and they sorted my pink slip out in less than 10 minutes. I was so impressed with Michelle (reception), Steve and the owner for providing an efficient service. I have been a regular client for the Cremorne Automotive for few years because of the quality service they provide but today was worth to mention. Had a flat tyre and needed the vehicle to do Uber. They were able to squeeze me in on top of their busy schedule and was offered a free repair. Great and prompt customer service on top of that.

Called up to inquire about my pink slip inspection and I was able to bring in my car straight away. Amazing customer service and even though this was my first time getting my pink slip I felt confident and comfortable due to the easy going atmosphere created by the team here. Happy with service.

I put the car in of a morning for a service and rego check. I got a call later that day saying that the brakes needed replacing and a quote on what it would cost, including a breakdown and brand of items. I asked to get back to the guys, and did a quick online check of parts costs (which were fairly quoted) and called a family member who could have done the work for me but for the lockdown rules (to save on labour costs, which were also a fair quote). In the end I called back and went ahead with the brakes service as well.

It's not ideal to have unexpected car costs but when they do have to happen I appreciated the clear communication, openness about the issue and proposed solution/costs, and the good attitude from the team.

Came back to my truck to find a letter from the police informing me that I registration had expires! Cremorne automotive service took me in straight away to get a pink slip sorted. I can’t thank them enough.

CAS have helped me out many times over the years whether its fitting me into a urgent time slot for service or just offering friendly advice on general enquiries. You cant go wrong with these guys very trustworthy and professional.
