43 I found this place amongst others when I was looking for company to print out picture I was gonna use as a present. Good reviews made me contact them and I am very glad I did. Steve was very friendly and after I sent them my picture (which was made just by iPhone) they suggested best size in order to have it as big as possible without "pixelation". Quote was fair (not cheap, not expensive) and we put half a price as deposit. Once I saw the product I was truly amazed! Quality is outstanding - I'd say better than I'd imagine it.
After my experience I can only recommend their services.
Steve and his staff at Creative Frames in Waterloo was a great find. They have helped me with numerous jobs from framing, finding that special print or two and mirrors. Having finished a large renovation last year with a huge amount of empty walls, I left the shop with everything I needed from one place and everything was perfect.
Overall staff are great and very helpful with ideas, pricing is extremely good and customer service and timeframes for new pieces was also excellent. I have referred many fiends and family and they have all had a great experience as well. Worth a visit
Dear Steve & Joanne, sorry this has taken so long (yet again) to post. Home from surgery on Tuesday last week. Long way to go, although all good!
So, I wish I had lots of money so I could just continue to have you frame pieces of art that I have here at home. Steve and Joanne are a pleasure to deal with and the incredible talent of Joanne, yet again, with another piece of my very special artwork.well it honestly it seems effortless. That, I believe, is how fabulous Joanne is.
I have posted pictures of the newly framed artwork and picture 2 shows you the framing that was done elsewhere around 15-20 years ago. I desperately wanted new life breathed into this artwork and low and behold, the results were incredible!
Thank you Joanne & Steve once again. I was ecstatic when I opened it and saw the finished artwork.
