Absolutely the BEST customer service I have dealt with. The framing project was so accommodating and professional. Not only did they do an amazing job, they were able to help me out last minute for a birthday gift. Cannot recommend them enough! I felt really looked after.

We used The Framing Project for the first time recently to have a canvas stretched and framed. The canvas was quite large and difficult to stretch but we were offered expert solutions and recommendations at each step to make sure that the end piece was exactly how we’d imagine.
The service was excellent and Steve was so friendly and obliging to work with. I had never had a canvas stretched and framed before and I am so glad we found The Framing Project. I will definitely be using them again.

This is a long overdue review from my purchase in April 2022.

I was looking for a mirror that would match with the rest of my place and found their website. Steve was quick to respond to my queries.

I had a couple of scratches on the frame on my mirror which I had only noticed after Alex (their installation subcontractor) had delivered and mounted it. I had planned to fix it myself and queried about the specific colour but Steve went out of his way to replace it - driving down to deliver it personally!

Initially I was very impressed by the quick response and how Steve was returning my questions and emails. I was after a non standard mirror and large painting framing.
Visited showroom, got the samples and they said they will send installation person as well as they will pick up a large painting for framing. It was a delay with a quote and the specialist coming but it was resolved and now I'm waiting for the frame and the mirror. Very excited because their finished projects look amazing!

The team at the Framing Project framed several pieces for me including a family heirloom. There was a complication with the family piece that they were able to resolve. It was a great service. I will go back.

Several years ago, this shop made my vision of a large custom-made, multi-panel bevelled mirror come true. More recently they beautifully framed some large posters and made them look like very expensive prints. Great work and I highly recommend!
