Contour Clinics Newtown

I use the five dock & Newtown clinics for years now and they everyone is super professional & friendly. They make you feel completely comfortable with their procedures & you are in good hands

This was my first time getting anti wrinkle and lip filler. The receptionist and Jean Paul at the Newtown clinic both provided excellent customer service. JP thoroughly explained both procedures in a very professional manner. I’m so happy with my lips! I love them, he did such a natural and juicy shape! Definitely recommend!

Dr Jean-Paul was extremely helpful! He listened to what I wanted and provided suggestions for which I had never considered. He explained how it can help achieve my overall desired result. Highly recommend going to contour clinics and booking with Dr Jean-Paul!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I had botox and lip fillers with Dr Jean-Paul. I'd had botox before, but the results with Dr JP were so much better. He really took the time to understand what I wanted and what was going to work and made recommendations. The lip fillers are fantastic - I thought it was going to hurt - it was absolutely fine and the results are brilliant! JP provided so much information throughout the consult. A very happy client.

Had botox and filler recently and found the treating Dr very attentive and knowledgable. I didn't feel rushed at all and had the aftercare explained very thoroughly. Will be going back again shortly for my masseters!:)

Renata was very knowledgeable and kind. It was easy to go through the process and the anti-wrinkle injections were over before you knew it. We left knowing exactly what the next steps were and what we might experience.

Don't even botcher booking here, totally botched my under eyes fillers and I had to spend more trying to remove the fillers in another clinic.

Dr JP was fantastic. He listened to my concerns and gave honest feedback without pressuring me nto anything. He didn't rush and took his time with the treatment. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I had a couple of skin tags & moles removed, and I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Friendly, professional and went above and beyond to do a good job and make sure I was comfortable.

Had a great experience at Contour Clinics. I wasn’t rushed through my consultation and all my questions were answered thoroughly. They definitely weren’t trying to sell me treatments I technically didn’t need. I will definitely be returning!

Nurse Mary is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and a funny lady. I am really happy with my results and look forward to going to Contour Clinics Newtown from now on. I am already planning my next visit in the new year:).

Have visited the Newtown clinic a few times now, what can I say amazing, the information the service provided, the treatments are spot on. Dr. JP is wonderful you can really see the passion he has for his work I highly recommend Dr. JP.

On 13 August 2021, I received a call asking if I will be coming to my lip filler appointment the next day - I had booked this appointment before lockdown had started. We were in lockdown at that stage (not to mention my LGA was restricted and I couldn't leave my area), and in no way, shape or form is a lip filler appointment an essential medical procedure. I asked why the clinic was even still open and was told they've got doctors and nurses on staff, so they're allowed to be open and apparently you're also giving out vaccinations? That's all well and good for vaccinations, but how are you even allowed by the government to provide me with a non essential cosmetic procedure during a pandemic. And at that, a procedure where I will not be able to wear a mask. No questions about my vaccination status were even asked. Seeing as you had taken the filler option off your website for booking at the time of this call, I feel like this is a sneaky way to flout the loophole around you having doctors and nurses on staff to get a few extra non essential appointments. I will not be rescheduling my appointment here because clearly you were not taking the pandemic seriously by asking if I'm coming in for my lip filler appointment. It's almost laughable. When I sent this message to the clinic, I was left on read and still have not received a response months later

I did not get asked to show proof of vaccination which made me feel uncomfortable
The doctor was quite aloof and unfriendly. I would prefer to pay more for a more pleasant experience

I felt really comfortable coming to the Newtown Clinic, I was warmly welcomed and all my questions answered. I would recommend them.

My first time attending a Cosmetic Clinic and they made me feel so comfortable. Dr Nathan was really knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was really friendly. The ladies at reception were both really friendly and happy to help.

Great experience all round with Dr Jean Paul. He was professional, caring and walked me through everything. I would recommend and will be back.
