I came to Contour Clinic at Newtown I recommend specialist Mary Chigwidden she was amazing, honest, always explained and genuinely care of client. Clinic was clean lovely facility and friendly staffs also good location easy to find. Highly recommend

Had an absolutely catastrophic series of Botox injections which have left my face bruised on both sides around my eyes. To their credit, as soon as i complained they offered me some sort of light based treatment to help with the bruising but its a bit too little too late as i have an important social even to attend in 10 days and there is no way i’ll be back to normal within a week

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful care I received by your clinic. The nurse exceptional treatment and the excellent result have truly boosted my confidence and made me incredibly happy.

Went to contour clinics today in Newtown for the first time, had 3 areas of anti wrinkle treatment done.
I saw an Asian doctor, I can’t remember her name, from the moment I walked into the surgery she kept making comments about how wrinkly I was and what has happened to my face. (I’m 31 years old and I’ve been getting Botox for approx 7 years) my face is fine.
When I layed down on the bed she quoted me $600, I asked for dysport because this was the cheaper option rather than Botox. She was definitively trying to overcharge me! She kept insisting I needed an eyebrow lift too, I said to her I didn’t want this, she then made a comment and said no problem but your wrinkles are very bad, look at my face compared to yours, I’m 10 years older than you! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, she was SO rude and patronising. I will never go back to see this Doctor, she tried to overcharge me and made me feel very uncomfortable!

Ruined my face, False promises, left with big scar on my left cheek that they can not fix.visited Contour clinic for a consultation and was given promises to have an amazing result. After one year now and 3 very painful subcision that I had to go through, my face is looking terrible. The only thing they keep telling me that they are not sure what went wrong. 2 doctors Dr. Honda and Dr. Josh worked on my face and each time it get worse.to be fair, Dr Josh offered 3 free other sessions, done 2 very painful intensive sessions with no results at all.
Why you give this promises and get people worse off.spending so much money and a lot of pain that I don't want to go back for the complimentary treatment. I will seek legal advice. Stay Away from them

I had to come and change my star rating here, as I am so happy with the results from my appointment with Daiana 2 weeks ago, she's an artist. I visited her for my 2nd time at this clinic, after I had an unsatisfactory experience the 1st time with another practitioner. I was invited back by management as they assured me my initial visit was not the standard and they were correct. I will be back. Thank you.

Super professional and friendly staff. Felt super comfortable asking questions and did not feel like I was being sold treatments/products. Would highly recommend if you are new to cosmetic injections.

Had a lovely experience at Contour Clinics. Ash is an absolute star, explained my whole procedure, checked in with a doctor to ensure my medications wouldn't react, whom I also got to speak to, and talked me through the entire process. She has amazing attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I never felt pressured into having to book an appointment after my initial consultation, and my results have been subtle and exactly what I'd hoped for. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dr Joshua Wall at Contour Clinic Newtown. He performed the subcision treatment for my acne scars and the results have exceeded my expectations. Dr Wall is very skilled and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The procedure was quick and virtually painless and the recovery time was minimal.

Had mole removals done today, I found the price much more affordable than I expected as I had quite a few to get rid of. Dr Django Nathan was so kind and reassuring, explained everything super clearly and the procedure itself was very fast and completely painless.

They even managed to get the procedure done ahead of schedule when I was super early!
Receptionists also all super kind and friendly every time I’ve been in, really know their stuff too.

Facilities themselves are very clean and well presented and a lot of effort clearly put into making patients feel comfortable and secure.

Have booked again, and will definitely be booking any further treatments with this clinic in future.

I have been visiting the Newton clinic for a very long time, they are the best, the most professional, the most experienced doctors and nurses I came across…. Quality of care is beyond description. Did 1 session for micro needling and in front us they booked next month appointment and we surprised after a month they said no booking for you guys in our system. (basically they did formality while booking). I called them 5 times after half an hour they picked call and with in a minute put in on hold for 40min and then disconnect. (During this time there was no lockdown) Never visit again and never suggest to anyone.
