Concierge Car Wash Brookvale

Asked for Deluxe car was and was told it was $55 dollars. I said no I just want the standard wash and vacuum and he said well we won’t do your car dash, centre console, wheels or boot. What a rip off and poor customer service. I will be telling everyone your ripping people off with your services.

Ravinder and his team were absolutely fantastic today.
I had some grease on my car. Ravinder really cared about what it was.
Was so professional in getting it all off.
My car looks brand new.
I will use this car wash all the time now.
Highly Highly recommended.

Terrible! If only there were less than 1 star to give. Booked a spot online, dropped the car off at that time & told them we’d come back in an hour to pick up. Came back an hour later and they hadn’t started. Tried to tell us we didn’t book until we showed them the confirmation. Left it there again.came back 2 hours later thinking they would have it done.still not finished. Disgraceful service & communication. Don’t waste your time going to the Brookvale site. Spend a little extra and get a professional to wash your car.

There are several reasons. They have broken the side view mirror (it now no longer auto closes), lost keys, the HQ number doesn't work, took 1hr longer than quoted and the follow up customer service response is inadequate, I've texted, called 9 times, left 4 voicemails, sent an email contact request and nothing.

Gary and the team did an amazing job on my car.we went in after being on a farm (very dirty inside and out) and they spent almost an hour cleaning it throughout. It looked like new after the wash!

It was the first time I had been there and I will definitely be back.

So stoked with the quality and price here - my car was embarrassingly dirty and the guys made it look like new. They were also rightly proud to show me all the cleaning details, haha. I’ll definitely be returning.

Dropped off my very messy 5 year old car for a full detail and it came out looking like a new car! I was very happy that the seat stains were removed as they had been there for years.

Pretty good, can't complain on price or service. Just had a few little things that were overlooked, but pretty efficient.

The job took a little longer than expected but when finished it was perfect. Nice work.

I had drove into Brookvale concierge car wash. Not a problem booked it in. Said will be back in an hour. I gave my keys to them. Went away came back an hour later. The boys there were in a panic. They could not start my car. I had to get to my next client so I had to leave my car there and catch a bus to my next client. After that client I rang the boys at the brookvale concierge car wash. They still had problems with starting my car. I said I have a spare key at home I will get the key after I had finished with my clients at the end of the day. I did this and my car started. I had my key looked at and they said that the chip inside the key was missing and had the key been dropped. I didn't know. The boys at the concierge brookvale car wash were the very last people to have physical possession of my key. I called the manager/owner Jake of the problem I have with my key as the chip was missing and it was they who were the last people to have possession of my car key. He now will NOT answer my calls. I feel he is ignoring me and I am now without a car key. Is this is how they treat problems by ignoring them I will never go there ever again and will let other people of the lack of professionalism I have experienced.

Gary and his team were excellent, I needed my car to be detailed to showroom standards for resale and they more than exceeded my expectation with friendly customer service.

I had a full detail done at the Brookvale location today and I'm completed satisfied. Garry and his team have been outstanding and I will continue to use their car wash services. I'm converted from Star and Crystal. Well done team.

Not bad but not great.

Got the premium wash. Exterior was pretty good but the interior and dash was still covered in marks. Also, they only cleaned the wheel spokes that were facing up, so once we moved, you could see the underside of each wheel spoke hadn’t been touched. $69 is market price for a premium wash for a 4WD so expected a bit better.

Got the mini detail for SUV. Overall it was a good job. There were small areas that were overlooked if you look hard enough.otherwise it was a good job especially since the car when it was dropped off was filthy inside and out. I will go back and get my car washed there again but will do amore thorough check when collecting.

My friend and I had our cars washed yesterday morning. The gentleman who greeted us had great customer service and was super friendly which was nice.

Unfortunately I believe there was confusion with whose car was getting which service. I paid extra for a super wash and hand detail yet the interior was uncleaned (dusty surfaces, dirty around the gear stick, etc) when I collected the car except for vacuumed floor matts. On the other hand, my friend who only purchased a super wash without the detail ended up with a very clean interior and exterior. I believe she had the hand detail on her car instead. The staff were busy so I felt awkward saying something at the time.
