Concierge Car Wash Brookvale

Visited Concierge Car Wash in Brookvale to take care of my car which I hadn't washed for a few months. I made an online booking for the $50 premium wash.

It's a small hatchback but needed to be bumped up to wagon prices, which is fine, but they told me off the bat that there was too much "pet hair" in the car for a normal vacuum. So if I wanted the interior clean I'd need to upgrade to the $90 wash.

I don't even have a pet and I've attached what the car looked like inside. I'm not sure I'd agree that it's too dirty that a normal vaccum won't cut it. But that's fine, I can do it myself.

So I agreed to the $40 exterior wash, and was told it'd be 90 minutes wait. So I wandered off for lunch and came back a little over 90 minutes later. They'd yet to start on my car and I was told it would still be another hour before mine would be finished up.

So all up, I was waiting 3.5 hours to get less of a wash than I came in for, since I'd be vaccuming the inside anyway. I wouldn't have minded the wait if they hadn't tried to upsell me to the next tier of wash from the get go.

They also did a fairly average job on the outside. There were still bits of grass and dirt stuck to my car which I was able to brush off with my hand when I got home. There also seemed to be some fresh paint scratches on my roof, and I don't think they were there before today, but can't be 100%. They're right above the driver door, so I feel I'd have noticed them before, but benefit of the doubt on that one.

They seem really short staffed, so I don't blame the person who looked after me. They were really friendly and I could tell they were trying their best. But for a 3 hour wait, and a professional wash, I thought I'd end up with a better result.

First time I've ever had someone wash my car, and I think after all this fuss, I'll just go back to doing it myself.

This is my first visit & it was a great experience - fast & efficient service. My car was hiding under many months of neglect & now it’s bright, shiny & new on the inside & out! I’m very happy to find these guys so close to home & will definitely be going back regularly.

Took the car in after 2 toddlers have been making it there home, and they made the car look like new!

Came to Conciarge Car Wash Brookvale, the team member was very friendly and professional. Left a fifteen year old car looking new. I would highly recommend them. Took great care in every detail.

Used this car wash once and then they started sending spam SMS messages that caused alarm and anxiety, because it started with the text "You have been reported missing.at Concierge Car Wash". The notification on my phone only showed the beginning of that message and made my heart jump. Very poor taste. I emailed the business to request an apology and they ignored it. Suggest you avoid this business since they think it's funny to make jokes of emergency messages.

The guys did a great job on my car today. I only had an hour and the result was great. The guys are very respectful, courteous and friendly. I will be going back.

Have had my car cleaned here a few times. Booked for today and had a confirmation email but when I arrived for the appointment no one was there. Very disappointed. Not advised of cancellation.

Got the super clean and I’m very happy. The guy was fast and did a good job. Wifi is available so was able to get some work done in the waiting room while I waited.

My car was quite dirty. I had the premium package. Very clean and happy car afterwards. Reasonable rates.

Run runaway.
I dont like the result at all. The cleaning quality is not good at all. Left a lot of water mark on the window and there is dust from the fabric that they used to polish the exterior.

Dropped off car abiut 8.50 am. Asked for "premium" wash.
Guy looked frazzled when I told him I'd like the premium wash. Surprising since normally they try to upsell you. Yes i am a previous customer. He said it would take an hour as he was in middle of cleaning another car. I didn't have a problem with this and again asked him what time he'd like me to come back. He said 9.30. I came back at 9.50am and they hadn't even begun with my car. I again approached the same guy and said that is the time you told me it would be ready. The other guy said we needed more time. Again I told them I would have had no problem if I was told 10 or 11 in the first place. As it stood, they spent a little bit under half an hour on the car and boy did it show.
The result was unsatisfactory. Windscreen cleaned on the inside with a dirty cloth that has smeared the glass. Same for the other windows. The dash board wipe over (again part of the premium package) didn't happen as it was still full of dust. The door and boot ledges were left wet (part of the premium wash is they should have wiped dry)
Other parts of the car such as the side mirrors were not dried properly with the chamois.
The seats were moved and not put back in place.
To top it all off one of the gentlemen left his mobile phone in my car which I didnt discover until i arrived home.
Now I know where the time was spent and it wasn't on the car.
I certainly didn't get the premium wash I paid for ($45) and felt I was ripped off.
It was no different from getting the economy wash which I usually get.
However with this unfortunate experience I won't ever be returning back.

So sick and tired of being told we can’t do your car for an hour… honestly the $45 wash takes 20minutes. You’ve probably lost over $300 from me due to this. Get this figured out ASAP because people don’t want to revolve their whole day over a car wash.

Quick and efficient. Was back from a one week Road trip and my SUV looked sparkling including the mudguards. Would always prefer a hand wash over the drive through one any day.

The team did an amazing job on my 8 year old car and looks like new again. Very quick and courteous service and thorough job too. Will definitely keep coming back.

Absolutely ruined all the sign writing on the car. Wasn't even a very good clean paid $70 for super clean.cost 1k too fix the sign writing
