Concierge Car Wash

Terrible experience, they had 2 hours to do a decent job but when I got home and looked closely it was as though they had rushed through the entire car. Never again, especially for the price they charge.

Very happy with the quality of the clean. They really make sure they do a good job to please the customer. Money well spent

For a $59 clean that claimed to take so long to complete (1.5 hours during the late morning with 2 or less cars being close to complete) for a 4-door sedan, not only was there still clumps of dust and dirt stuck to surfaces (dashboard, air-con vents, steering wheel, seats) throughout my car but there was a grime on the front window, radio display screen and inside the door and midsection compartments that felt wet and sticky. Someone clearly felt a half-arsed once over with a dry cloth would suffice thinking it wouldn't be noticed, but it really sticks out like a lazy attempt. I hoped to find a car wash that could save me time and energy, something I'm already very short on in my life, but I guess I gotta miraculously find the time to do it myself if it can't be done right.

Great Car Wash, highly cheap compare to others, great team, timely service as committed and cooperative.

Paid for $69 for premium wash and waxing and wait for 2.5 hours to get our car. However after the service still a lot of dirt and stains on my car and the interior was not cleaned thoroughly. Very disappointed.

Did a fantastic job inside and out. The car looked brand new when they were finished with the car.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. The manager told me if I don't pay and leave, he would dirty my car.

I got my car washed here today, and opted for a Premium Wash. Came back 1.5 hours later. Thankfully, I saw the car before paying the money.

There were marks on the windshield and side window which were not there previously, couldn't clean them off, other spots of dirt that I was easily able to clean with my hand. The bottom part of the door and bumpers looked like they weren't even touched. Tried to talk to the guy, he wiped them a bit, and said this is just their basic package, and I needed to go for their "super" package if I wanted it to be cleaned properly. Then he called another guy who started arguing and talking very rudely. Asked him that I wanted to talk to his manager, and he exclaimed that he was the manager. He continued to communicate in the most unprofessional way, and told me if I don't pay and leave, he would dirty my car from the inside.

After coming back home, I observed more closely, and it has been the shabbiest car wash that I have ever encountered. From the outside, you'd have a cleaner car if you went to a non attended automated car wash.

Asked for the $60 package. Was essentially refused and told I need a more expensive ($250) buffing package. Was a strange one where I wasn't given a choice what I wanted for my car. Ended up washing it myself just fine.

Opted for the $45 premium wash for a sedan, a staff member just told me they can't do that and it needs a polish. Forcing me to pick the $95 wash, it was shocking and unprofessional. Drove away immediately. Don't waste your time going there, you'll end up getting Conned, maybe even taking your money for an expensive wash and do a 10mins job on it.

Asked for the most basic clean (exterior and vacuum). I couldn't have been clearer about wanting the most basic package and repeated it several times as I know these places often upgrade to make an extra $. When I came back and was asked to pay $45 which was the premium package I repeated I was after the economy package and couldn't have made it clearer. The manager started arguing and eventually yelling at me and took a photo of my number plate. Not coming back. Be wary.

They do a great job, despite being a little short staffed today it was still up to standard. Much better than the place in the underground Westfield car park.

Professional and detailed, showed them what I wanted clean and they delivered. They were very proud of their work and it shows in the finish.

Was the second car of the day to drop off here, left my car for 2.5 hours only to return to it still sitting there not cleaned, once they noticed I arrived after standing there for 15 minutes they rushed the whole service, when getting inside my original car mats were stolen, I was handed non Australian notes for my change, the car was sticky and had not been cleaned properly, I emailed head office only to be told to take it back there, when telling them I wasn’t happy the female in head office continued to ignore my emails! This company has no idea how to run a business.

I don’t have the wrong business as I’ve only had the time to write my review now. This happened before Covid closed all businesses.

Again, didn’t let down. One of the rare ones that has attention to details. Bhai went for hair cut. But the staffs taken care of my Q8 well and beyond!
And Bhai gave me coffee cup as a gift. What a gesture! Love you guys and I will be back:)

Was not cleaned thoroughly! Evem scratched the tint on my window. When I tried to ring them the phone number is a false mobile number. Do not believe the 4 star ating, clearly done by friends of the owner.
