Concierge Car Wash

Poor wash. Makes me wonder if they recycle the water and rinse your car with dirty water. Have given them 3 chances to get it right. Always a poor job with dirt and streaks left over. My car is 6 months old. A $15 drive through wash at Emo hombush does a better job.

The worst car wash I’ve ever experienced paid for a deep clean wash which was $125 I’ve never paid that amount before for my car. The man told its was a deep clean service.and it was rubbish. Stains all over the chairs and windows and didn’t shine the cars tyres. Never going there again.

I had a fantastic experience with this car wash company! Their professionalism and kindness stood out right from the start. Always 10/10 service each time I’ve been. And always have finished the job earlier than expected. Today I requested a $30 basic car wash and they had vacuumed the inside for me at no extra cost. Thanks team!

I was disappointed by the quality of service I received here. The windows had watermarks on them, the car body was wet and had water streaks, the glove compartment was dirty even though I had cleared it, and the seats were not vacuumed well. The only thing they did well was the tires. I advise you to inspect the interior before you leave the place.

Would not recommend! My car was very wet with product (seats/floor carpet/mats) and has taken over a week to dry. I had to rewash all the mats and leave the windows down/air car for last week. The smell inside is still very strong so I'm thinking I'll have to get all the detergent off the interior carpets somehow. It's almost like cleaning product was just poured all over the interior. I've had to rewash the car because it was covered in product. If the aim was to get me to clean my car myself it has been successful.

Have always come here, the service has really gone down hill. Just got my car and its still got stuff all over it. They charged more and cash only, forget customer service as well.super rude. Wont be coming back

The guy that handle my car was attempting to be funny but he is talking passive aggressively.
I saw them revving customer’s car when the owner is not present.
My car was not cleaned fairly even if I paid for the so called premium service which costs $60.
The only thing good is probably the location only.

I went there with a get $5 off, but my car was dirty so he said to me i have to paying more. When I said I would pay $45 for the original price, they told me to pay $180, so I kept asking for the original reservation, and they said it had nothing to do with the site. I kept throwing away the scuffle and he told me to pay 60 dollars, so I just said okay, but they didn't even clean the trunk.
I pay for a dirty car, why should I be told worse about it that I didn't even go to the self carwash!

Perfect clean for the sale of my car! They did everything absolutely spot. It literally looks like a brand new car. I appreciate the customer service too as he went over the car with me before paying. Highly recommend!

Went to get the inside of my car detailed and was charged $120 and it was still dirty it was not cleaned properly and they also lost my cup holder. They said that they would call when my car was ready 3 hours later no call and I had to go see if it was ready. I got a wipe and cleaned the parts that they said couldn’t be done. A 2 year old would’ve done a better job. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Always happy with the carwash from these guys. Meticulous with cleaning. They include corners of the car that usually doesn’t get cleaned by other places we’ve been.

Great service, very obliging & helpful. I had a few scratches on my car which they buffed away, a much improved look, so pleased! Immaculate presentation inside & out. Been taking my car here over last couple of years, always reliable & perfect to have it cleaned while l shop. Very convenient.

Spend 250 and still interior is not detailed I am very disappointed with the service. The cars interior has not been detailed. I have the photos of debrees that are left even after the detailing was done. The cleaned the seat but it was still wet. Not happy. Even the exterior has not been polished properly.

Really happy with my car clean. I Needed it done in a hurry and they were able to accommodate me. I will be returning for sure!

I’ve no issue with their car cleaning service. But why is a brand new card key returned like this? I’ve never taken this out of my card case since I always use my mobile key. It’s first time passed this card to other.

$75 for a simple car wash and vacuum - the seats, doors, rear view mirror and steering wheel were not wiped down, had to go home and do it myself, especially ridiculous considering the price. They also said the car would be ready in 1.5 hrs, we came back and they had only just pulled the car in to get sprayed down, had to wait an additional 40 minutes.

Was an impulse clean but turned out to be a great idea! It was very convenient to leave the car while I did the food shopping. Thanks! Will use this service again!
