Anna was excellent. I didn't know what to look for when I asked for the sample tiles and she helped me choose the tiles I needed. She suggested others that I should look at. She ordered the samples to be sent to me and they arrived the next day. I was surprised how quickly they got to me in country NSW. The service was tops. Thank you Anna

I had a great experience with Anna on reception - she really took the time to help me out in finding an extra box of tiles (that I has run out of) - she found it and had it delivered quickly. She perfectly matched shade and calber. Very highly recommend for personal attentive service.

A good enough tile shop. Customer service was good to. The staff who helped us knew about the tile in the shop but did not know too much about tiling techniques. It was harder to explain anything that is slightly unconventional. For the usual and regular tile stuff they are ok.

Overall a great experience dealing with Colortile Wentworthville. Dana dealt with us over a period of weeks and was fantastic, very knowledgeable & highly experienced in all aspects of what would work for our renovation. There tiles are first class in quality and choice & support through to delivery was great.

We are building with Better Built Homes and had our Tile appointment with Anna. She was so great, very accomodating as there was a mix up with our calendar booking. Anna was patient and gave some great advice and help to use building our first home.

My wife and I recently chose our tiles from Color Tile Wentworthville. We were assisted by Dean & Nicola. We have to commend their professionalism, patience and foresight as they helped realise our bathroom /kitchen/alfresco/stackstone pillar vision for our new home.

They dealt with our show reel of sample images and counselled against poor decisions, down to the detail of the mortar texture. They also provided us constructive feedback where to stay within the builders range and where to upgrade so we don't unnecessarily blow our budget.

I'm currently building a house builder users colortile we had our appointment which was good had lots to choice from staff member was friendly and helpful, however the tiles we chose are not what was written on our paperwork the ensuite and the main bathroom tiles were mixed up only found out when I was able to have an inspection of the house with my builder and the tiles were already done. The tiles in our house do not match the floor tiles that were written in the paperwork weren't even the tiles that were placed on the main bathroom floor they have layed a completely different tile all together. The wall tiles for the main bathroom were placed into the ensuite leaving us will tiles that did not match and look horrible. The wall tiles that were meant to be in the Ensuite were placed in the main bathroom. We had chosen different colour themes for each bathroom and this was not put down correctly on the paper we didn't know this the staff member that took care of us told us she had written down everything that we wanted trusting she had done so we signed off as we had no idea what the names of each tile we had chosen and had no reason to believe we were getting what we had chosen. Now we are left with two bathroom with none matching tiles completely dissatisfied with the out come trusted this company to make our home just what we wanted and in the end we are left with two horrible looking bathrooms in a brand new house.

Her patience, expertise and product knowledge made the selection process easy and enjoyable. Her friendly personality and eye for colour selection enhanced the appearance of our house. Good service before you buy. Terrible service with a rude attitude and no accountability after you pay them. You won't even get what you chose. Horrendous experience.

I am building with Designer Living Homes and had an appointment with Anna who was my consultant. Anna is amazing. She was patient, accommodating, made excellent suggestions and never rushed me or made me feel as if I was taking too long deciding. As this is one of the most important choices you have to make I was cautious and went back a few times to make sure I had it right. Anna and the other consultants welcomed me each time. Anna gave me her undivided attention and stuck with me until I was sure. I would highly recommend this store because of the amazing service and the lovely tile selections which were laid out so you could envision how your bathrooms and floors would look.

We were recently directed to Colortile Wentworthville to complete our tile selection. We were nervous about making such an important decision almost a year before our build would start, however our initial consultant Rachel was very easy to deal with. Rachel has a great knowledge of the products that are on display, was very good at putting the colours together and was very patient with us, not once did we feel as though we were rushed or pushed towards making a decision.

As with most builds there were a few unforeseen changes that had to be made later on, the second time around we dealt with Mariah. Mariah is very pleasant to deal with and always returned our emails and phone calls straight away.

There were limited options in our builder range and also not much option in rectified tiles outside builders range. But Colortile’s customer service is second to none, Mariah helped us to choose the best tile combinations as per our color scheme and she is always approachable via email.

Looking at tiles can be a frustrating and confusing experience. Although I had found slightly cheaper tiles elsewhere the service at ColorTile Wentworthville with Zoran was Gold! He took the time to understand requirement and really helped to determine my path forward. Loads of knowledge, concise and excellent recommendations.
