Britney was a great design consultant assisting us with our new home build. She helped with colour and designs and laid things out so clearly. The initial meeting before the main consultation helped us to navigate through everything before our main consultation giving us time to think about things before making our final decision. It was a pleasure making decisions with Joanna at ColorTile. She was friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and her suggestions reflected the ideas I had in mind for tiling a large house. Would definitely recommend this company with their large and varied tile collection.

I had a fantastic experience at Colortile Wentworthville with the help of Samantha.
She provided expert advice and helped me with fine tuning my selections and making me aware of choices I could make that I did not know were an option. Sam also made sure I had a thorough understanding of the products and was fun and friendly whilst remaining professional and ensuring her staff had opportunity to learn from her.

We are building our home in a different state, so access to showrooms was out of the question. Working with Colour Tile Wentworthville and especially Samantha, was a breeze. She was accommodating, patient and very helpful. She arranged a video meeting and showed us tiles we wanted and even sent up samples so we could see, feel and touch in real life what we were getting.
I cannot recommend highly enough her professionalism, attention to detail and excellent customer service. A real pleasure to work with!

We've had such a great experience with ColorTile! We're in the process of a knock down rebuild and was suggested to come in for a Discovery session which we had with Samantha. We found this super helpful. She was very prepared and knowledgeable, gave us all the information we needed and provided samples which we could take home. A+ we had our consultation today with Samantha and she was amazing to deal. The selections and size of the shops were a little overwhelming as there were so many choices to pick from but, Samantha helped us pick the best selections and guided us to the perfect options

Samantha Sullivan was fabulous. She was extremely accommodating and had very good product knowledge-nothing was too much trouble.

We had an appointment with Samantha and Anthony for our new build and they were terrific to work with. They were very knowledgeable and able to provide good advice on aesthetics and able to calculate and advise how each change and option would affect our budget and overall vision. Lastly, everyone was very kind and professional - I would heartily recommend.

We recently met with Samantha to choose tiles for a new duplex build and the process was very pleasant. Samantha was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the tile choices and all the staff were also very friendly. Samantha even provided us with a picture of our selections all clearly labelled. We would definitely recommend ColourTile.

Worst customer service! Needed to order 2 sample tiles and color tile never followed up my order. I went in store 4 times and called more than 7 tiles and still nothing. The workers sit down all day and are not approachable. Dont bother going to color tile!

I first saw the tiles I wanted at the Port Macquarie Colortile store but wanted them for a Sydney property.
I enquired online and I was contacted very quickly from The Colortile head office. They located a store that could help me @ Wentworthville.
We went one Saturday morning to this well laid out Wentworthville showroom and had excellent service from Claudia.
Claudia was not only friendly and attentive but had very good product knowledge and helped me source all the bathroom tile I needed.
These have now been delivered and laid. They look awesome.
Delivery times were well communicated and arrived true to schedule.

Highly recommend the Wentworthville store

Arrived half an hour before advertised closing time to find the shop closed. Very frustrating after travelling from half an hour away

We dealt with Claudia, her service was fantastic. We began by being given a tour of all options of tiles. We then broke up our plan by room and discussed interets similar to samples that they had previously sent us. We felt very comfortable during our consultation. It was broken up with some humour, plenty of laughs and some building education for us. Highly recommended!
