23 My wife often buys hay and other bagged goods here. Once she has paid for the items they load the trailer up for her which is great, but every time they conveniently forget a bag of horse feed or bale of hay, my wife has to correct them that she had paid for 4 bales of hay but only 3 were put in the trailer.
I can understand forgetting a bag or bale here and there but every time? So my question is does your business conveniently forget people’s orders to profit more?
Or the men loading just can’t read and count?
Good range, but the outstanding part of CRT Ourimbah is Di. Not only is she knowledgeable about multiple things, she put you at ease and is happy to offer her helpful advice. Surprisingly her advice doesn't always involve buying something which enables you to trust her advice for future recommendations. Don't ever get rid of Di!
Has everything you need. Horse cat dog bird food, feeders and fencing. Can be a bit pricey but it's top quality. Staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful always. Premises are clean you can drive through. They often have monthly specials. Great to have everything in one place.
