Fantastic. They cater to every kind of animal, from domestic parrots through to livestock, with a huge array of options for food and care items. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and take the time to understand what you're after. This is the only place I get my chicken and parrot feed from.

Some staff are better than others with customer service in terms of helpfulness and genuine interest in your farm supply needs. Some prices of stockfeed products are higher than other local suppliers.

Great range of products and the staff are very knowlegable and can't do enough for you. I think slightly on the higher price side, however you get what you pay for and the quality of produce is always 5 stars

The staff are fantastic and very helpful. I had some problems with my chickens some time ago and was thinking I was going to have to cull the flock. Cath helped me and I have 100% improvement. They stock the best feeders for chickens, and are really helpful with any products. And they are dog friendly!

Bought some grass seed here and they sold me a rye blend. It was poorly suited to a backyard but they didn't point that out. Grew super thick and fast for a season before dying off in summer. Also bought a seed spreader gadget that broke on first use. Not worth the drive to complain. Did more research and bought a different seed variety online.

Good service with a large range of products but a touch pricey but overall happy with our experience.

New to having chickens staff were very helpful in helping me with bedding and food advice and put the products I bought in the car for me

NO Service, yesterday we walked around finding and gathering items that we wanted to purchase then we tried to get at least one staff member to serve us but to no avail.
They have a sign that says "if you don't like the service tell us". It's a bit hard to tell someone about how bad the service is if they don't provide any in the first place.
We won't be back! !

I drove from Kincumber to buy aviary wire. After my wife rang to get details of how much it wld cost and to make sure it was available. I buy all my aviary supplies and chook food, hay etc from this place, have done for quite a few decades. I wanted 15 m of aviary wire, as this is my last bird aviary, and won't be doing any more aviary building. (wire is in 30m rolls) but no. 'we cannot cut the wire anymore' I was told. 'it's toooooo dangerous. ' But, my wife said, it says u WILL cut the wire on your site. ' Oh, ummm well we are in, the process of changeing it. ' REALLY!? WELL. HERES THE FINGER TO DO IT!
