I don’t normally post reviews but I wanted to give credit to Jonathan Hoang @ Clisdells.he is such a breath of fresh air! He is proactive, courteous & knowledgeable.such a pleasure to deal with! I highly recommend Joanathon!

I had an meeting with Jonathan this week with the other committee memeber and he was brilliant. Very knowledgeable on all our questions.

I am appalled at the extremely unprofessional customer service, and in particular the attitude of office clerk Niccole Foster. We will most definitely not be recommending this company any time soon.

Jonathan has been our manager for a while now and he is amazing, however we have just changed to Nicole and I can honestly say they are both top tier. The change was seem less and easy for me to understand. Would recommend.

I recently requested information relating to my Strata from Jubie Fung and she was prompt and pleasant to deal with. Thank you Jubie.

I can honestly say that for a while there Clisdells seemed to lose their way, with staff coming and going and no consistency, but wow, what a turnaround they have had! Our manager Andrew Gavin and his assist Melissa are awesome.

We attended a general meeting last night with Charles Hain to discuss new By Laws for our Strata. Charles’s insight and knowledge was extremely impressive and allowed us to make decisions relating to what By Laws are best suited for us. Charles also explained the requirements with minor and major renovations and the procedures involved with works inside the individual apartments.

I have been impressed with the service and competence of the manager recently appointed to our building. Andrew, has been outstanding, very prompt to attend to requests and a good communicator. His Assistant is there to attend to our concerns in Andrew's absence. He has a good knowledge of building regulations and always finds tradespeople to attend to problems, which occur from time to time in a very old building. I would not hesitate to recommend him for your unit block.

The level of incompetence of this bunch is behind believe
They should be prohibited to ménage other people property
The general manager a certain Leiker takes no pride what so ever not to mention his subordinates
It’s shameful how they have managed my case and I will end up having to go to court because of their incapacity
DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE

We have nothing but praise for Celda and Nicole of Clisdells Rockdale
They just make it happen!
Their efficient management stylead attention to detail has restored harmony in our complex

Our manager, Jonathan and his assistant Jade, are a dynamic duo. They are both hard working and courteous and they are always there to assist in any way they can. They are such a great asset to the Clisdells Team.

Marie Cregan has been our Strata Manager for over 20 years and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Many owners have come and gone over the years but we have continued with Marie as she knows what she is doing, works with us to achieve our goals and even when we are indecisive and request a 4th or 5th or 6th Quote, she never complains or gets frustrated with us. She is definitely on our side and has the best interest of all owners at heart. Thank you Marie, you’re one of a kind!

Yuliya Sobol has been looked after our Commercial Complex for 18 months and she has been exceptional. Her service is prompt, her knowledge of the Strata Act is spot on and she is a great credit to Clisdells and should be congratulated for all she does.

Rating is based on lack of availability of power, occasional hot water outages, cockroach infestations, inconvenience of continuous visits from outside contractors and quality of staff; the building manager at Keats Ave is a walking ashtray you can smell when he’s around, walking cancer sticks are a hazard to health and shouldn’t be in customer facing roles. The only good thing is the mature male Chinese cleaner! Thanks for all your hard work cleaning the common areas! (5 stars for u)

I’d just like to make mention and thank Bree Ashe for her speedy assistance with having my balcony door and window fixed. The tradesmen she arranged were professional and prompt, just like her. Thanks Bree.

Since Celda came on board about 12 months ago we have gone from strength to strength. Nothing is a problem for Celda. She is always happy and kind and willing to help.

Our Strata in Miranda would like to recognise the efforts of Melissa Emmerick, PA to Lea Wycisk. Melissa is always polite and pleasant and willing to help whenever and wherever she can.

The staff at Clisdells are helpful, polite, friendly and prompt. This company have come a long way and keep getting better.

Taylor Olesen and her manager Megan De Grandis make an amazing team! Between them they answer the phone within 2 rings and emails are responded to within the hour. Great service and would recommend them to anyone.
