Have just started bouldering and came in to get a pair of shoes. Maddie was exceedingly helpful and patient. Was served by Emily at the counter and she was also very friendly and helpful. Won't hesitate to be back if I need any more climbing gear. Recommended.

Great place for climbing gear and very helpful:) definitely helps that they are also attached to the 9 degree climbing gyms if you can't make it into this particular store.

Great shop, has a wide variety of climbing shoes (from beginner to all-rounder to advanced), ropes, clothing, equipment and hanging boards. Staff are excellent, know what they're talking about

Great service and incredibly helpful! I Bought my first pair of shoes the other day and they helped me try on a bunch and talked me through it plus I got a lesson on the different types of shoes and a technique. They also have to small columns with holds to try the shoes out on. Defs recommend this place

Went in to buy some new shoes. The staff member who helped me out, Rosie, was really helpful and patient while I tried on a bunch. Ended up purchasing a pair I hadn't previously considered. Rosie's knowledge and experience really helped me decide on what to get.
I really appreciated the gender neutral language used to describe the different fits of the shoes.

I love this place, staff are so nice and very helpful and you can always have a good chat with like minded people.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who gave alot of time to discuss the best options for me as a beginner. They even have a small climbing wall to test out climbing shoes before purchasing them.

Good store with enough variety of climbing equipment to keep up with your climbing needs. Friendly staff and quite an accessible shop.

I was helping a friend choose a new climbing harness. When we arrived, the store was at capacity (due to Covid-19 social distancing rules). When a customer exited, I let my friend in first. She went in with a slightly concerned face as she was a bit clueless in how to choose an appropriate harness. Her worry eventually dissipated. Rosie greeted her upon entry and was able to ease her concern. She took the time to go through a wide selection harnesses and at the same time give advice and feedback with each try. My friend was very happy with her Petzl Selena harness! Thank you CA team:)

I stumbled upon this shop when a mate needed new shoes for bouldering, and happened to stumble upon an overnight dufflebag which looked cool. I wanted to see what other colours and sizes the store had, and it turns out they hadn't uploaded all the pictures onto their website yet due to the unique nature of each bag design. I was directed to call their storage site, who were lovely enough to describe to me the bags they had in stock and were nice enough to send me through a few photos. I love the bag that i received by mail the next day, and was very impressed with the service!

The best place to grab anything climbing related! They have great and knowledgeable staff that are super dedicated to find you the right gear.even spending hours with you as you try on every shoe and harness in store ha! Their online store ships pretty fast too!
