My face is clear of pimples for the first time since pre-puberty, all under 6 months. And, I'm not exaggerating, having a glowing skin is something everybody should be able to experience once.

Went in today for admittedly a free treatment as advertised online. When I arrived I was refused the FREEACNE1 treatment of an SGA like fair enough didn't think it was suitable for my acne as it wasn't extreme enough. In no less than 5 minutes the pricing paper was whipped out from the pocket to be told before I could do anything I would need to attend weekly for overnight peels which may be beneficial for me but like we started talking money money money. Like "your current skincare NEEDS TO GO! Buy ours instead" "Use niacinamide 10%" which is cool and all but overpriced. Additionally, results aren't exactly seen from using 10% niacinamide over 2% studies have shown.
Just overall not interested in going back, I'll go back for laser as the prices for men's Brazilian are cheaper than that of Laser Clinic (I'll go to a different clinic as it's a lot more accessible for me). But talking money straight off the bat and mentioning well over $2k needed to just start for mild acne is not something I'd be keen on splurging during a pandemic. Especially just after declining a free treatment

Such arrogant attitude and poor customer service.
Don't expect to be treated like valued customers especially when you're not planning to pay extra for their products.

Sophie and the girls at Clear Skincare Clinic Clarence St are always very friendly and professional. I feel so welcomed every time I am there. I am a regular customer which travels an hour an a half as the service is exceptional, and I have never been unsatisfied with a treatment. Treatments are always effective and the girls are very thorough. I’m always super impressed of the cleanliness and hygiene practiced within the clinic. I would not trust anywhere else with my skin! Could not recommend this clinic enough! Do yourself a favour and book in at Clear Skincare Clinics Clarence St!

I honestly do not have enough words to say thank you enough to all the staff at the Clear Skincare Clinic for treating and guiding me through the enormous challenge of Topical steroid withdrawal, a condition not often recognised by medical practitioners. The many healing light treatments at the clinic combined with supplement advice and constant support are without a doubt shortening the healing time as I continue to improve daily! I cannot wait to move on with the next phase of the treatment plan and am looking forward to a new year of clear skin! Many thanks once again, your professionalism, expertise knowledge and exceptional service are beyond compare!

I bought some hair removal sessions, I travelled to my home country to visit and the pandemic hitted. They refuse to refund me for the session I could not use, and only extend them to march 2021, when Australian borders are closed to further notice. I do not believe this is fair and under Australian consumer rights this is not legal either. I want my money back, there is a world pandemic going on! Or at least make the extension with no end date. It's only fair!

So rude personal! The manager hanged up the phone leaving me talking alone! Incredible because I asked for a refund! I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Be careful!

I just had an anti-wrinkle treatment administered by the cosmetic nurse. She was professional, friendly and patient with me as it was my first time. Would highly recommend the clinic

I booked in for IPL rejuvenation. On the day I came in and was told they did not provide this service, would have been much less frustrating if they had simply not booked me in, made me wait and sit through being told about other services. Not sure that the treatments themselves are like, granted I'm a short walk away it is incredibly poor customer service.
There needs to be some review around how services are presented for each clinic on the website to prevent wasting other people's time.

I don't recommend. When I asked for consultation (hair removal) they said 10 sessions. After one year and a half of treatment I have made more than 15 sessions and I still got hair. I about to quit treatment cause is not working. Is a waste of money and enerhy.
If they say 10 is gonna be probably 20 sessions.

Awful experience. Had a voucher for microdermabrasion treatment. Was told that the "machine was not working" so I would get a 2 minute manual glycolic peel instead. Dabbed on & off.
Consultant was trying to coerce sale of package treatments.
The voucher was for a microdermabrasion treatment for approximately 20mins valued at $59.
This place is commercial & too lightweight.
