I have been going regularly to the Clarence St clinic for several years - Talya and Sophie have been fantastic. Two important things - it's a clinic not a salon, so the treatments are more clinical than a relaxing facial - so if you're after the latter, you may want to go elsewhere. Secondly, improving your skin is a journey - there is no quick fix - treatments help but so does regular skincare.

I had an amazing treatment with Natalie today, I had skin pen today & the professional nature & care was second to none.
I always feel confident & safe & in good hands with the team here at Clear Skin Care Clinic Clarence st, Sydney especially having Natalie as my therapist.

I have been to clinic for my pigmentation concern for few years now. The staffs are very professional and all of them know what they are doing, especially Sophie and Natalie. Sophie managed to get rid of my stubborn pigmentation and I am very satisfied with the result. Lately, went for Q switch and Stacey gave me the outstanding treatment.
She was absolutely amazing.

Quick summary: Tayla's great. Effective treatments (for my skin concerns). Discuss with the consultant your goals/expectations/budget.

Early 2022, my skin started to breakout (hormonal, worsened with mask use). After trying various other avenues (dermatologist, other skin clinics), I decided to try clear skincare. Tayla was very transparent with treatment goals and expectations, and also worked within my budget.
I had a series of Signature Acne treatment, LED tx, and overnight peels. My skin improved significantly with each treatment. My at home skincare routine now is very simple with products from them as well (affordable; helps to replenish supplies during sales).
Even with the ongoing need to wear N95 mask at work, presently my complexion remains breakout free thanks to my occasional visits for peels and hydrafacial. Big thanks to Tayla and the team at Clear Skincare. Highly recommend.

I went there because I landed that day and could use a hydrafacial. Easy to fix appointment online. The only downside was how pushy and salesy (I made up that word) the service provider was. She constantly was selling me products like I was an audience and she was radio. She didn’t stop selling knowing I was a tourist. It was overwhelming but I kept mum as I wasn’t going back ever. She also removed a black head on my chest with a huge scar now which says what is the focus there. I wish they sold so much after doing a good service. Glad it’s over! Usually such places have to make a customer feel confident but she definitely made me feel ugly by the amount of products she suggested I needed to look good

I greatly appreciate the fantastic service provided by Natalie and the clinic. The consultations and treatments were very helpful in getting me to understand my skin condition and how to properly care for it with the appropriate products.

Would not recommend! I visited this clinic a few months ago to get my mild acne under control. I was recommended a package (they love their upsells…) it was the Fractional RF Skin Resurfacing with a few other calmer treatments. The intense treatment left me with MORE acne which I am still suffering from months later and it is now stubborn and has come up in places I NEVER used to get acne. There are better educated clinics out there with more advanced treatments so do your research before coming here!

I had my skinpen with Natalie @ Clarence St this morning for the first time. I had many skinpen before so I really know if the therapist is good or just a mediocre. From my experience today I can confidently say that Natalie is the one of the best therapists I have come across with. Thank you so much Natalie for your excellent skills and lovely customer service. I’ve been to your clinic twice now, the first time the lady left me in the room for about 10 mins while I waited to start my treatment. The second time just today the lady took me through, didn’t leave the room for me to undress and get ready, then stopped at the start of my legs hair removal and said she needed to finish off another client’s treatment. I waited again in the nude for close to 10 minutes to which I got up and left only paying for what have been done thus far.
I will not be coming back to this clinic and wouldn’t recommend laser hair removal here.

Absolutely love clear skincare on Clarence street. I’ve been coming here for years and staff are super professional. Recent treatments have been with Tayla getting laser pigment removal on my face, and she’s been great. Amazing results after my first session!

I usually go to the clear skincare clinics on the north shore and I wish I visited this one at clarence street earlier because Ashleigh is amazing! She is professional and knowledgeable, (and equally importantly) very friendly and helpful. Ashleigh shows genuine care for her clients, and recommends the right treatments and products. Ashleigh is the kind of therapist who would go the extra mile to offer outstanding client services, and I could 100% trust someone like Ashleigh to handle treatments on my face. She is also very patient with me and never makes me feel "pushed" or "pressured" to buy anything not suitable for my skin or I don't need. From the conversation with her I'm able to make informed purchase decisions based on education not impulse, and I really appreciate that. I'm definitely going back for Ashleigh! ** Went back two weeks later for another facial, Adriana was absolutely lovely and I would also highly recommend her to others.
