30Ewan gave me way more than 5 star service. When i walked into the shop he was speaking to a colleague and immediately asked if he could help me. I needed some foam cut for my cousin who is close to dying in the shape of a toilet seat, he persevered until we got the right shape and size to fit in the cover. I purchased a Comfort Plus Support Overlay which was delivered promptly. The overlay itself is the best quality overlay I've ever bought and the customer service went above and beyond. This is one of the best purchasing experiences I've had in a long time and Clark Rubber is now at the top of my list of reputable suppliers. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, very affordable. Had to get a bassinet mattress custom cut from foam, it was completed quickly on the spot for less than $20.

Bought a bunch of carpet and rubber seals to restore my car, fairly pricey, but it saved time getting them all at the same place. The carpet was rolled up with the top facing out and the tape used to keep it together marked it. I brought it up with them and there was an argument about who's fault it was. $60 worth of carpet just cost you my company's business.
I needed some custom cut foam. The staff responded to my online enquiry ASAP & were so helpful & friendly when I visited the shop. Really happy with my shopping experience.
Sadly I can not recommend this place. Needed three small pieces 40x40 cm in green foam and was happy to buy offcuts, but the audacity of staff member Peter left me bewildered as one piece being ONE piece was $5, yet two triangular pieces making 40x40 cm was also $5, I was willing to pay that much, but then third piece had to be cut from the offcut of 1.00 metre x20 cm, and he wanted $23.
These are not coming from big sheets of foam, and I feel disappointed with attitude, as I will never recommend Clark rubber to any of my customers. No wonder the place is deserted, as it is overly expensive even for offcuts of not much use to anyone.

The foam here is very high quality and priced very fairly ^^ I sometimes come here to buy foam for costumes that I produce.
Staff is extremely friendly. They negotiated prices for me because I did not have enough cash on hand and I feel slightly bad haha

Great place to buy foam, rubber cut to size. As a cosplayer I love coming here to find stuff to use to create or put a costume together. Heaps of pools and accessories too
