We needed several things done, cutting pieces of foam and then using our own fabric to upholster a lounge and different pillows. The service was excellent, with the work done within the stated timeframes and in a friendly, positive manner. Selwyn was great to deal with. We couldn't be happier with the outcomes and look forward to placing the items in our new home.

This place is INCREDIBLE. I came here today with my family to get some foam for my costume I am working on. The staff recommended appropriate pieces of foam for my needs and pointed me in the right direction for EVA foam. I’m currently in the car with my truckload of foam, I will definitely come back here when I need to stuck up on foam next. Great prices, great service.

Called ahead on Monday and asked clearly if it was opened Easter Friday, response was confidently yes, but today I find out it's closed. Had I known it was closed I would have placed an online order instead as I needed it today.

If such a simple thing can't be trusted, how can you expect trust for anything else? This is why I'm also glad I didn't just place it online as it would have probably been messed up as well.

It was going to be a large batch of things but so happy to be taking my business elsewhere. Silver linings.

Edit: After reading other reviews - yes customer experience is horrible at this place it seems, so nothing new. And please dont bother copy and pasting that "sorry for your experience" reply.

Staff were really helpful got exactly what I wanted, had a great chat about football while they created the foam mattresses we needed

We have used Clarks Rubber to service our pool. The technician is polite and helpful. We are very satisfied with the service from the technician. My frustration is around how clunky it is to book and continually needing to chase to secure a booking. It would ne great if this booking system could be sorted.

Popped in for some foam to fill couch cushions - served straight away, got exactly what I needed, was very reasonably priced and the lad who served me was professional and helpful. Couldn't ask for anything more.

A very tall male staff member was incredibly proactive and friendly when helping me fix a leaking car door.

He even went the extra mile of helping me test the replacement seal in the carpark.

Based on my interaction with this staff member and his effective solution to my seal replacement, I would highly recommend this store.

Extremely helpful guy called Paul assisted me with purchasing a rubber boot mat for my car. He went out of his way to go to my car to check for size. Pleasant helpful young bloke. Great customer service. Thanks Paul, good job.

Great customer service. I was asking if they had a spare part of my inflatable spa, and after going in to the store with the broken part, the manager found one spare out back and gave it to me free of charge, very unexpected, so brought a couple of products from them to try to thank them.

Had to return a matress due to a misunderstanding in another store, i received great customer service from this store and resolved the issue.

What is wrong with your service here guys? Asked to check out the single mattress that was being sold for $59 and $79 and was told that the $79 was about an inch thicker and the guy then pointed somewhere on the shelves. When I went all the way to get it myself and ended up picking the wrong on, he came to me and said obviously this is the wrong one. Why could he not have just got it for me as he was a sales rep? Also don’t understand why you have to be sarcastic to customers

Great service. I did an online order for 2 foam mattresses. They arrived on the same day (in fact about 4 hours after my order)! Mattresses are great, just what I need for sleepovers.

Could be a five star for the collection they have in store but came across a white male in his late 20's who can't help himself but to be a smarta##, this is about a year ago tho hope they got rid off him.

Staff are friendly and helpful, though hard to find at times. We’ve been coming regularly for the range of products, however this time lost some stars due to the staff not advising us that very next day was a 20% off sale, which if we’d known could have either asked for the discount or waited a day to spend a rather large amount (for us anyway).

4/5: They were very helpful recently when we went in to get some items for the pool. Worth the price for the quality and got some great advice. We will be back in the near future

Not really helpfull. Bought a cot mattress couldn t even say what s the warranty on it or for how long. Really bad customer service! Lucky the mattress is rated 2 and red nose suppporting.
