City Cave Macarthur Square

Yesterday my partner and I booked a coupled massage performed by James and Mitch. It was our first time here it was amazing. We left feeling so relaxed. We were greeted by Renee and kristy the service was great. Friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and had amenities to refresh after your float/sauna/ massage. Will definitely be back here. Thank you again

I had the most relaxing experience with the full wellness package. Penny and Stephanie were amazing, they made me feel so welcome and so looked after. The place is extremely clean, with all the amenities you need for during and after your services, like hair dryer, straightener, lotions etc. Will definitely be returning.

I'm very grateful for the family members who gifted me with my first sauna and float package for Christmas - because now I am in love with it! I get busy with work, and having a little one, so I was in definite need of some me time. I have made it a monthly habit to come in and relax. Every month it gets better. All the girls around are super amazing, and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. They are always so helpful, especially Steph, who listens to my experience and gives me great advice. The staff are amazing, and the facilities are amazing. The place is clean, the teas well stocked, with plenty of books and seating to settle into. I would recommend giving it a try, and who knows, you may end up loving it like I do.:)

My favourite place to relax! Today I went for a infrared sauna that I love, but I also went other times and I did the floating that is amazing!
They offer an infuse before and in between the treatments. The rooms are private with all the equipment, like towels, shower. The staff is super kind and helpful.
Highly recommended!

I love this place, my favourite way to spend a lazy day off is with a sauna, massage with Chrissy and a relaxing tea. All of the staff are lovely and professional, and appointments are always on time.

Absolutely love my floats but tonight Steph introduced me to my first Infrared Sauna. Fantastic experience. Highly recommended City Cave Macarthur Square. Thanks Steph for always making my experience special.

Have had a few saunas and floats here, it’s a beautiful fully appointed facility and everything is clean for each use.

Amazing! Will go again! Definitely felt like I was on a holiday! Everyone was amazing and sweet Renee and Steph was very helpful and hospitable. I had James and my husband had Mitch for our massages and we felt brand new. I can't wait for our next appointment!

Today was just what I needed! Did a sauna and float and feel absolutely amazing. Love my fortnightly relaxation sessions, wish I had the time to do it more often. Thank you Penny and Dion for providing lovely and clean facilities and most importantly service with a smile. See you in 2 weeks!
