This place is AMAZING! As soon as you walk in the door it’s like entering a whole new environment; you immediately get a sense of calmness and relaxation. The staff are wonderful! I have done the Flauna package twice and it was a great experience. I walk out feeling like I’m on a natural relaxed high everytime. Heading back for the 3rd time in 3 weeks it’s that amazing!

Turn your phone off and forget about everything. Floatage- massage and a float is now going to be part of my life! Best City Cave out there. Penny and all the staff are great. What a beautiful place to experience.

Arrived for an appointment today that I booked a month in advance with a specific massage therapist, Leanne Carnegie, due to a recommendation for a specific issue. I have waited a month for this appointment. Was advised on arrival that 10 minutes before I arrived the therapist I booked had swapped my appointment to another therapist. Apparently my therapist had a regular client of hers arrive, who had booked with the other therapist and my therapist took it upon herself to swap our therapists over. I asked to speak to her and have my appointment but as she was in massaging the other client, IN MY ALLOCATED AND PAID FOR TIMESLOT, nobody would interrupt her. I was asked to wait until she was finished and see what could be done. After waiting 40 minutes I approached the reception and was told I might be able to be fitted in 4 hours later. I was expected to wait around or accept being treated by the other therapist. Neither suited me. It was a booked appointment. Absolutely appalled with Leanne Carnegie and her lack of service. She did not call me to ask if this was ok. She did not wait for my arrival and ask if I was happy to swap. Pathetic, disgusting customer service. Would absolutely not recommend. And I am still waiting for a refund.

City Cave is extremely clean and the staff there are always friendly and caring at each visit. I have been going for regular sauna sessions and always leave feeling refreshed.

The staff were wonderful greeting you with a smile, I mentioned it was our Anniversary and they set up our float tank with a beautiful sign wishing us Happy Anniversary, love heart balloon, card and small gift to make our day special.
It was extremely relaxing, after the float tank, there was a shower in the room fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner and pump soap.
Fresh towels were also available for us.
Then you go to the bathroom where there was a hair dryer, hair straightener, men and women’s deodorant, creams, beautiful perfume/aftershave, hairspray all available for use.
Not to mention beautiful flavored teas and water on hand to help you relax.
There is no pressure to hurry up and leave.
The staff, as I said were amazing
We were so impressed we brought a voucher for a friend to attend and enjoy.
We will definitely be back to try the sauna and use the float tank again.
We can not thank the staff enough for their thoughtfulness on making our Anniversary special ️️️️️

Had a very relaxing massage here and nearly fell asleep. Atmosphere was good with nice soft music in the background.

Only negative was that the massage table was a bit small. I couldn't rest my arms comfortably by my side whilst on my back.

Highly recommend City Cave Mac Sq! Extremely friendly service that go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Would definitely go back soon!

Due to a very stressful life and career i had been looking for a place to relax for a long time. I have had many massages in the past and found I could still never relax. I decided to book in with Chrissy for a 45 minute massage. It was amazing! Finally I found the right person! I now do 90 minute massages and it's still not enough! Thank you:)

Have had the liberty to try float and Sauna and both are very worth it!
I am now a regular weekly city cave patriot and my favourite part is relaxing with a tea with the luxurious robe kindly supplied by the team and reading in the salt therapy area.
Self care must have!

Really nicely set up. Mostly peaceful, restful & a lovely way to spend a couple of hours. Infrared sauna followed by magnesium float.

Great facilities! I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Can't recommend this place enough.

Absolutely loved my 2 hours spent at City Cave Campbelltown! This was my first time visiting and I was surprised with how beautiful and serene the space was. So much thought and detail went in to creating a place encouraging rest and relaxation. The choice of 4 hot teas to the books offered to the relaxation area with walls covered in Himalayan salt, it was all a treat! Loved my infrared sauna and my massage with Mitch. A big thank you to Jemma for going above and beyond with looking after me during my stay. Thank you for a blissful time out!

Went to city cave for an infared sauna and float therapy and had a wonderful first experience. The atmostephere and decor was very relaxing with very clean facilities and dyson hair dryers! Special thanks to Renee & Kristie and the rest of the staff for making my experience so enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back:)
