Choices South Nowra have supplied and installed carpet and bamboo flooring for my entire house over the years. I wouldn’t consider anyone else. Sam and Rhiannon are very friendly and helpful and the installers show great skill and attention to detail. If you want good quality and service they are definitely the right choice.

3 years ago this company installed bamboo flooring throughout our house. In my view their installer did a sloppy job and lacked attention to detail. Many pinning nails were left in and the job appeared rushed. When we called him back we were made to feel like we were being fussy. When you pay thousands for flooring you want a decent job. 3 years later stair panels areit coming loose. I rang the company. Pleasant enough and offered to give glue to fix. Went into store they gave me an entire tub. Finally had time to fix. Opened the tub and it was dry and unusable. Another negative experience. That is why I can only rate 2. You may have better luck.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had vinyl flooring laid to perfection, no mess, everything left clean neat and tidy. I'm one very happy customer and would recommend them. The showroom staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Poor customer service. We were 1 of 2 couples in the shop and took 10 mins before someone spoke to us even though we could clearly see 3 people in the office. Floor tile display poorly arranged and limited knowledge by staff. Not worth my time or money
