We have called on Choices Carpets Nowra on several occasions and they have always been helpful, courteous and their pricing is always competitive. Their products and workmanship are really good. We would recommend them to everyone.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Josh was amazing when we first went in to look and samples. Very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. I had to go back in again to get more samples a few days later and the lady (didn’t catch her name unfortunately) was prompt to see if I needed anything and was also very helpful in helping me pick more colours.
Joey was great in measuring up and Mark who installed the carpet was incredible! We had a lovely chat while he worked and was very helpful in a few areas where things needed tweaking. He also cleaned up after himself beautifully.
Exceptional customer service throughout the whole experience and I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for flooring. Thanks guys

After cancelling my order with carpet court I went to choice’s carpet. I was met by Michelle who was very helpful and within 2weeks my carpet was laid down by a local lad named Jordan and I could not be happier great service and friendly y staff highly recommended

Staff at the showroom were excellent, informative and helpful with decisions we had to make and the prices were competitive. The installer was prompt, friendly and his installing work was of a very high standard. He even offered to stay around and help with moving furniture after the installation was complete. I recommend their team to anyone wishing to install flooring.

I don't normally do reviews but here goes nothing.

Staff at Choices Flooring Nowra were very helpful and completed the job in time.

However, I had a hybrid flooring installed and I was not very happy with the finish. We assumed that the new flooring would be finished against the existing architraves as no one explained to me that new architraves matching the new floor would be installed against the existing which looks atrocious (see photos). Had I known that this is how it's done, I would have gone with carpet. Also the jointing of the new architraves had smaller pieces cut and jointed in the middle (poor workmanship).
Infront of doorways there is a black tape like material installed which I would have rather that installed all around than the new architraves however not sure of the durability of that.

Also do your homework price wise. Choices were not the cheapest or 2nd cheapest but we were happy with the service at the showroom and the colour we wanted was not available at other shops and decided to go with them.

Would give someone else a try if need be in the future.

We had such a positive experience with this fantastic team. Kind and knowledgeable staff and installers. We are so happy with our install.

Highly recommend this business. We have used Choices Flooring Nowra for a number of jobs over the years and every time they exceed our expectations. The sales staff are very knowledgeable about the products, the guy who does the measuring knows exactly how to measure without wasting materials and the installers do a great install. We couldn't be happier with all the processes from start to finish. Everyone is very friendly, professional and helpful. There has never been any issues over the years from the small jobs to the bigger jobs. Thanks to everyone in the team for making our recent install of flooring (carpet, vinyl planks & panel glide blind) a pleasant and stress-free experience.

Started out as a good experience. Was booked in for 3 days max, blew out to 5 days, didn't have enough material to finish job. Carpet tiles were laid wrong but was fixed. Was given wrong info regarding skirting boards, they cut them but didn't secure most of them. Nothing mentioned about having doors cut down prior (we would have had them done if we knew this). No choice given for door strips, fitted chrome, looks out of place. All this took over a month to fix and finalise. Worst experience ever. Won't recommend to anyone, steer clear.

WE are thrilled with our new flooring.vinyl boards throughout the hall and living spaces and carpet in the bedrooms. It looks amazing and it was so easy.
