We were so please to receive excellent customer service, finding the right floor as most know isn't a simple tasks, the staff were patient and Sam was thorough with his measure and quote. The installer Matt paid attention to detail and the final result looks amazing, we are so very very pleased with the end result.

I Highly Recommend Choices Flooring Warner’s bay. We were able to take some samples home to check how they matched in our home and there was no harassing phone calls to get them back straight away which was amazing. Very good customer service by all staff. Flexible scheduling and payment process. The guys that came to install were very polite and respectful in our home. Very happy customers.

We are serial renovators and have used Sam and his team for lush carpet throughout the house and funky lino for the laundry! The guys were so helpful with laying in an older house and went above and beyond with levelling of the laundry floor! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else! Sam and the team redid the carpet in our bedroom. It has been down more than 12 months now and is spot on. He knew what carpet I wanted from the moment I walked in the shop, the fitting was done extremely quickly with no issues at all.

I honestly walked into the store thinking carpet is carpet, but after talking to the team at choices they got me interested and involved with selecting the right carpet for my place.
There is more to carpet and flooring than i thought. Lol luckily for me I walked in the right shop first as they also helped me with my timber flooring needs and when the installers came they were just as professional as the store team.

We run a carpentry business and have also renovated several houses and each time Sam and his wonderful team have been excellent to work with. We wouldn't use anyone else and now refer them to our own clients.
