Choices Warners Bay installed new carpet in our home renovation. They were so helpful in bringing samples to the home to colour match, and flexible with install to work around other trades. Sam, Mel and the team were helpful and professional at all times and we are so grateful for their assistance.

Barry at Choices Flooring Warners Bay helped us with great advice in selecting flooring for our new home. After Several visits to the store we settled on Karndean vinyl planks and Chatsworth wool carpet. Barry was able to reschedule the install due to our builders delay. Fantastic service and good price. We were at the end of a big Reno and contacted Sam came out and provided great advice on how to get the right look for our rooms and stairways. The whole process was pretty simple which was great after we had been through such a complex reno. Paul the carpet installer did a fantastic job and was very neat and tidy and the end results are amazing it transforms the whole house.

From the moment we dealt with them they where awesome. From getting served to the vinyl getting put down. Absolutely fantastic will definately deal with these guys again.

From my first visit at the store I was given incorrect product selections and should have taken that as a sign. Met with Sam on the job where he inspected the space, check measured the area and discussed their process and what was/was not required. The day works were scheduled to start, the subcontractor that Choices engaged was over an hour late. The skirting boards were negligently ripped off the walls causing significant damage to the plasterboard in many areas, the floor was laid with varying gaps of 3mm-20mm with an 11mm skirting profile throughout the entire house (which was removed by the subcontractor). A lot of extra work, new skirting and architraves had to be installed throughout the entry, kitchen, dining, lounge and hallway and then painted just to fix up their mess with our client staying in temporary accommodation during the floor works. Sam and Karen from Choices were unprofessional, extremely rude and aggressive and refused to acknowledge their mistakes and their contractors mistakes. When you pay over $6200 for flooring to be laid you expect better workmanship and service. We will never under any circumstance engage Choices in future nor will we recommend them to any client or customer.

** Edit 15/01/2021: As per the site meeting with Choices Flooring prior to any works commencing, Sam advised an expansion joint was not needed therefore Choices would not install one as they carried out the floor works. The issue was that the skirting they removed was 11mm in profile and they left gaps between 3mm and 20mm around the perimeter of the room therefore an 11mm skirting board would not cover the gap.
