I found myself in a tricky situation, needing to move into a previously rented property during lock down which hadn’t been treated well by my tenants.
His first question wasn’t sales / money oriented. Rather, “are you safe? How can I help you? ”
He researched all the rules to ensure he was compliant and his think differently approach found work arounds to make it possible.
His team of installers were efficient and left the place clean.

I’ve been renovating my house for the last year and nothing has been more streamlined and made easy then getting carpet through Jared and his team. The carpet installed is awesome quality will and the installer was an awesome guy with a lot of knowledge.

As a repeat customer, I am blown away by excellence in customer service and product every time. All staff are ridiculously helpful and knowledgeable and allowed me to change my mind numerous times. I felt completely supported in my decision making and was able to borrow samples to make choosing colours an easier task. My toddlers were also welcomed into the store and were entertained by their children toy area. My children also made frequent visits to the bathroom which wasn’t an inconvenience to the staff. I continue to utilise Jared for my flooring needs as we renovate because he always allows me to haggle and I walk away with the best price, beating the online stores by far.

Jarrod and the team went out of their way to help us recarpet a room that was in need of a refresher following a shock illness in the family.
The time frame we were working with was only a few days and Jarrod went out of his way to accommodate us and helped us select the most luxurious carpet.

Can not recommend Jared and his team enough! I went in last week to look at hybrid flooring and was able to take home some samples to get a good idea if they would suit the intended space. Went back in on Monday and was treated amazingly even though I was making a small order for one room they still looked after me!
