Claire, Gene and Jared from Choices Flooring Erina, have to be commended for the exceptional customer service they give.
It's rare these days to get assistance and great service.
Choosing flooring suitable acoustically for an apartment was quite difficult but Jared armed me with all the information required to submit to Strata to convince them that the flooring recommended was, in fact, more acoustically sound than what they insist owners get if they want their flooring changed.
We chose Kodiac vinyl planking and a hard wearing Nylon loop pile carpet.
Both installers were great, efficient and cleaned up after themselves.
I had to bring laying date forward and Jared kindly accommodated my wishes.
I highly recommend Choices Flooring. This is the 2nd place I have used them for in the last 6 months and I will continue to use them.

These guys are great! They are so professional and awesome to deal with. I cannot stress enough how much they have helped us with the whole process of replacing our tired carpet with beautiful modern carpet and lush underlay. Had our wood flooring done last month with Choices Flooring. Highly, highly recommended! Came in for a quote, got a huge discount (which we are very thankful about), explained the products very well with varieties of choices and options that suit our needs, and very friendly staff (mainly JARED) who has been there every time we ask questions and/or clarifications about certain product. The product itself that we chose is such a good quality vinyl wood. I got what I wanted with the best quality and at a great cost!
The people who did our flooring are also very friendly and professional, explaining what they were doing and doing what or how we actually want it done even with the last minute changes. Also it helps that they were wearing masks at home all the time (as recommended by the government) which makes if safer for everyone. Although this happened during pandemic lockdown when our movements are restricted, I could say I feel a bit safer at home as most of them (not all) are vaccinated or at least had one dose of COVID vax. They are also getting tested every week (I guess, as far as I remember) prior to commencing work the following week.
Highly recommended if you need your flooring done at home.

Jared came out to our house and handled all the measuring up personally and gave us great and honest advice as to what would best suit us from their range of products to fit with our renovation plans. He also very patiently gave us numerous samples over a couple of weeks to take home to make our decision on colour. Once we had decided he make it all happen quickly for supply and fitting. Also his fitting team, Ben & Conor, were great, did our whole cottage in a couple of days. Would happily recommend Jared and his team to anyone looking to upgrade their flooring.
