Chemist Warehouse Brookvale

I just had the worst experience ever with unprepared and unprofessional Pharmacist at Chemist Warehouse in Brookvale.
I had to come back 3 times to the store hoping to finally get my IUD Cooper but it never happened.
My partner and I had to wait at least 40min EVERY TIME we went to the Pharmacist. One of the girls which seems to be a intern told me after my second time at the store that my IUD was going to be delivered on Wed (05/02) but when I went there the other pharmacist girl said that nothing has been ordered to arrived on Wed. Obviously no one knows what’s happening there and there systems is ridiculous!
Shame on you Chemistry for allowing such unprofessional people working at the store and dealing with peoples health and lives!

I think this shop needs improvement on online picking up. Buying online means that we don't want to spend too much time shopping physically at store. I bought some stuffs online. They ask you to wait up to four hours to go and pick your order up. I l did wait 5 when I goto there my order wasn't ready and they had to go after the products. I had to wait 15 minutes and then I also started to go after the products that I had ordered.

At the end I spent more time with the useless online order and also at store.

Chemist Warehouse needs urgent to review it.

The staff, pharmacist, and the owner was really nice and friendly.
I always bought my parfume there.and the place very clean.love it

Been here twice to fill prescription it wasn't that busy both times waited over 20 minutes for prescription to be ready. They take sooooo long for simple stuff waste my weekend inside a chemist wharehouse.

After finally finding someone to I ask for some help in purchasing 3 fragrances and it was such a effort for this women to open the cabinet and hand them too me, when I inquired her name I was told she was the manager, Gee she is setting a real good example for her staff. Why do these stores continue to hire lazy staff? I want be back! I only gave it 1 star because 1 had too! It is a big zero! The staff need proper training on customer service:/

Really impressed with the service! It's the first time I come here, just because this store is the only Chemist still have stock of the Nature Way Collagen shot. The store is spacious, clean, tidy and well-displayed! All staff are friendly and helpful, from the security to sale assistants. Big thanks to the guy who help me keep the product I needed, but I forgot to asked his name, and especially Sandra, she really helpful and knowledgable. Best shopping experience at Chemist!

Worst customer service ever! Arrived at 8: 20 ended up leaving at 8: 57 my medicine was sitting there for over 15 min they gave us a buzzer that never went off, will never ever go back again

I wish I could give it no stars at all. I was cut short after a sentence when trying to explain my issue yo this long haired brunette manager extremely bad tempered and with no manners. She doesn’t seem to be able to manage herself, let alone an establishment known for its need to provide good customer service with patience to elderly people.

Purchased a product in catalogue that scanned at full price. Took it straight back in to get refund. Was told ‘this happened yesterday but hadn’t been fixed’. Manager called for refund, was told same thing. I asked if head office had been contacted and manager said no. Suggested that they take tickets down to prevent further refunds. Was told that the tickets were right? I wonder how many people have been charged full price as they don’t check dockets? The whole don’t care attitude of the staff members involved is off putting.

Terrible pharmacists.they lack of knowledge.doesn't even know types of pain killers side effects.also, pharmacists are too new and unexperienced.when I asked about something, they have no idea.slow and inexperienced.bad customer services.they need more training to become a pharmacist. I WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN.

Without doubt the worst prescription service of any of these chain stores. Whether weekend or weekday at least a 30min wait. 3rd time and won't bother for scripts again.

Pharmacist is very rude.she doesn’t have a good knowledge about medication.but the customer service girls are lovely.will not go back again.

Excellent service from all staff, very friendly and acknowledged everyone who walked into the store. I was assisted in the vitamin section by a staff member named Edward, he had extensive knowledge of the vitamins and sold me a handful of vitamins for myself and the family, definitely will be back again.

Compared to so many chemists in the area, I have received exceptionally good service from the staff there. The French Pharmacist was very helpful and knowledgeable with an urgent script.
Best prices, good location.

If I could give this store less than a 1, I would. Messy, unorganised and poorly labeled store. In a terrible location with one entry/exit point for vehicles. Does not stock simple things like Codral or Lucozade. Will not be going back.

WENT IN FOR SCRIPT. THEY COULD NOT TELL ME HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. CREDIT CARD CHARGE SHOWED "NEWNHAM PHARMACY PRESTON AUS" WHICH I WASTED TIME QUERYING WITH BANK. WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN.

TERRIBLE. Shopped here the other day. The security guard was rude. The isles aren't labelled so I walked around the huge store trying to find a product for 20 minutes and during that time I received no help from staff. We finally got offered help but the employee didn't even speak English and didn't understand what I was looking for, so I just asked the pharmacist at the back which was fine.

My partner and I got laughed at, by 2 of the employees, for buying a certain product - I understand the awkwardness about the product but some maturity and professionalism would be much appreciated.

Also, I noticed that the rubbish bin around the side had some old scripts which were blown away by the wind. I previously worked at a pharmacy for 2 years and I know that all scripts must be shredded before disposing because they are confidential.

Chemist warehouse is a great shop with an extensive range of products for cheap prices but this Brookvale chemist warehouse needs some serious improvement.

Much nicer store than other chemist warehouses in the area, not overcrowded and pharmacists were super friendly!

Extremely slow service. I needed 3 scripts filled, was told.wait I just need to talk with a pharmacist. (Mind you dressed like one). Then walks over and gets on the phone and asks to speak with my GP. After a lengthy wait I get the prescriptions and then leave. When questioned, no explanation about talking to my gp, just denied this happened. Heads up! You were less than 1 metre away from me. I could hear you talking word for word!
Text messages start coming to say I have been set up on there prescription repeat ready notification system. Almost a week later I get another text starting that I can now fill those scripts. I was very ill when I went here and didn’t even realise I had repeats scripts. But to not even be asked if I’d like to leave the scripts on file here and get text messages about this is not right. I go in to collect the unused scripts and ask them why they just do this to be told no there must be a mistake you must have forgotten them. Seriously? This is a joke and I won’t be back. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there and if I could pick out just a yellow spot on the first star that would be your rating.
