Ray is the worst store manager I’ve ever seen at chemist warehouse. I wanted to purchase some baby formula and requested the price match with a local retailer (which I have done many times at Chatswood stores). Ray said he needed to call that retailer even though all the information (including price and stock) was clearly shown on the website. I waited 20mins at the counter, with no updates. When I finally found him near the back office, he refused to do the price match as he couldn’t reach the retailer as what his boss Chris asked him to do. He had the most terrible attitude, showed no care to the customer (knowing I had a baby waiting for us outside the store) and only followed his boss’s words (ignoring the price match rule). I would never go back to this franchise as they have no customer service!

The worst car park ever, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, pharmacy is a joke they can never find scripts that have been emailed or sent, 3x said no we don't have it after waiting and extended period of time just in the queue, each time left and had to come back when they found them. Always seems to be extended delays in filling scripts, long wait times in queues and not just around the holidays. I have tried quite a few times since they have opened, hoping they would improve, sadly, nope. I now live nearby but will still avoid this particular Chemist Warehouse at all costs. Not just do to the parking but primarily the pharmacists and staff. So many other chemists, including other Chemist Warehouses around with easy access, friendly helpful staff and pharmacists. It is a shame as this one is nearby.

This is absolutely the worst chemist experience of my life and every person in here.
Plenty of staff, absolutely zero service.
They deliberately seem to take their time, or are just highly incompetent.
They might have the lowest prices, but their service worst than low.
Will never return

False advertising, numerous products put in the (clearly marked) $4.00 clearance bin, yet scanning at the full price. The so called manager refused to honour the marked/advertised price. We got every excuse from, “Someone put it in the wrong spot” (all 50+ Items), to “That’s just decoration the price is what it scans at”. This is a regular occurrence at this particular store. I will be reporting this to the Department of Fair Trading.

Ordered same day delivery, after 2 weeks of trying to contact them they finally replied asking me to pay another $16 shipping on top of what I already paid and won't contact me further.

I got a call from the lovely lady chemist today to let me know that my clients medication was in. When I went to pick up the medication, the Asian male pharmacist told me that there was no stock despite me, informing him I had received a call to come and pick it up. He told me there was only two lots of the particular medication put aside for diabetic customers.
My client is morbidly obese, and this medication is saving her life. I don’t understand how chemists can be refusing to fill a prescription based on the appearance of the person picking it up! This particular medication is saving the lives of obese people, not just those of diabetics, you are a chemist, not a doctor.
Thank goodness, I found the lovely female chemist on my way out who informed me that there was plenty of the medication in stock.
My diabetic clients have never had an issue with their medication as they compound the scrips online and free order them

Extremely rude, one of the staff members dropped their shoulder in to me as they were walking out, waited half an hour for a script that they don’t stock to only be informed about the staff at the prescription desk by another staff member “sorry, they are idiots”
Get up the good work all.

Incompetent. From the moment I presented my 2 prescriptions which the staff member was not able to separate to the point the pharmacy lost one of the scripts.
When I returned asking for the second script the staff member couldn't find it. I explained I needed the medication today and was assured it would be delivered.
Received a call later stating it will not be delivered, not enough staff.
How about accepting responsibility?
I have never had such experience in my life.i shall never again visit any chemist warehouse again, too upset.

Avoid this Chemist Warehouse. I witnessed a gentleman this afternoon (Mon May 22nd, 2023) go to the front counter to pick up his Click and Collect. The male staff member was outrageously rude. I put my items back on the shelf and left. We should not support businesses who disrespect customers. (I happily bought from Chemist Warehouse Manly not long afterwards - friendly staff.)

I hope the management of the cooperation reading these reviews and will do something about the staff at the Brookvale branch. They show zero interst in your needs.

I told the cashier that the price they charged me for the shampoo is more than what on the shelf. His response was "that what it shows on the machine, and I should go and look for someone to help me" I was the only one in the queue.

I wish i could give 0 Star. Terrible customer service.
The asian lady working in the perfume section on 19/1/23 looked like someone slapped her.
I asked her for couple of perfumes n she sqid no teaters allowed to almost all. And when i asked her about other brands around same price she was rude and said what do you mean they are all here you can see. Pharmacist have always been good here.
But ohh the experience today with her.
N she was rude to other customers too.

Horrible customer service at the counter. Came across with a very impatient young guy cashier today (not just today but experienced many times). Will definitely avoid this place from now on.

The worst customer care experience in Northern beaches. I went to collect a 'click & collect' item, and lined up at the particular counter. The one at the counter shouted at me telling to go to the line. Irrespective of whether it's fair to stay in a regular customer line for click and collect, he should have explained in a better way. I felt embarrassed and it was kind of racist I thought. Will never go back there.

Dear Bao the ‘pharmacist’: How about listening to the customer instruction when the customer submits the script. That way they are not waiting double the time bcos the order needs to be redone. Not that you care …. You may enjoy standing in the pharmacy for hours. The customer does not.

Each time I have used this chemist, the pharmacists have been rude and unhelpful. Instead of (some) of the pharmacists stating they don’t fully understand my English and what I was politely asking, I would be hung up on and this has happend on multiple occasions. It is clear that the customer service for this store is appalling yet nothing ever happens about it.

I went to Chemist Warehouse Brookvale today to purchase the Kristin Ess 1 litre shampoos and conditioners. The bottles are too high for the shelf, having been wedged in between two shelves. The only way to get them out was to push the shelf up to release the bottles. While I have been purchasing this shampoo and conditioner for the past two years (kept in the same wedged in position at the store), today large 1 litre bottles fell on my face from the top shelf above, bruising my cheek and cutting my nose. Staff assembled asking if I was OK - I said no, but no help was offered, they were just standing there picking up bottles. I went to the pharmacy section asking for an ice pack (which they did not have) when the pharmacist came over. He had a smirk on his face telling me he walked past when I tried to get the bottles out from the shelf and 'saw what I did' (pushing the shelf above up to release the bottles) and 'we have kept the shampoos on that shelf for five years and nobody else had a problem with it'. Apparently it did not occur to him at the time to offer any help at all, which could have prevented the accident. Clearly, a duty of care is non existent at this store, and the care factor when something goes wrong hurting their customers is even less if that is possible. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store for my family of five over the years - but today was the last time I will enter the store. Good luck to anyone who does.
