Chatime Bondi Junction

It’s trash, probably the worst chattime in Sydney. Legit everything there tastes watered down and not proper. That mixed with the slow service and poor attitudes of the employees, it deserves 1 star.

After going there like 30 times over the past few years, it’s time for me to understand my mistakes and not continue them.

Best chatime in Sydney. Quality of product, efficiency and friendliness is all great. I’m a regular:)

Staff were friendly. Cup gets sealed perfectly for transport. Ordered Hazelnut Milk drink - tasted horrible, tried to get a second opinion n gave my girlfriend a sip n she nearly puked!

Ordered hazelnut milk tea and it tasted like water, it wasn’t busy at the time. For $6, not acceptable. Will not be back. Customer service was ok but not friendly.

The staff at the chatime were very friendly and nice. I ordered a pearl milk tea with sugar and ice normal and when i received my drink I left the store. When i went to drink it i realised they forgot to put sugar in my drink. By then it was too late to go back. Wasted my $6.

Theres a really loud mosquito/chirping device running overhead. I couldn't stand waiting in line to be served, let alone wait for a drink to be made.: (

Was here on Sunday, they changed the menu and there were a lot less milk-free options. The staff keeps pressing for me to get upsize and when I refused, they didn't really want to talk to me any more. Didn't ask the usual "ice and sugar level" either.

Never has pearls ready, whether you arrive in the morning or the late afternoon.
All they ever have is lychee jelly.
Not giving you my business again.

I went on a busy Thursday night, only two staff were there. They dealt with customers and orders professionally and I was able to get a drink rather quick on such busy night.
