Chatime Bondi Junction

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted in the service I have received on January 3rd 2024. This young white lady with blonde hair and pimples displayed a highly poor level of customer service, as the attitude she gave was bad and substandard. Following her poor attitude and manner she began to burst into laughter when I was putting my straw in the drink. Her level of experience further adds to this terrible customer service, as the drink i had received had no flavour, so you guys should definitely consider between firing or retraining this young lady.

Had the Red bull tea on the sign says one can of red bull when I saw the girl pour it it was less the 10mm from the top for cost it was a huge rip off and manager should respond to this review with how I can receive a refund.

Horrible Service. Absolute ridiculous value for money. They put some ice tea and tiny bit of topping and charge astronomical.

Why this business is still Running? $8: 00 for an unhealthy drink? They charge. 90c per topping! Seriously little tiny bit of jelly -. 90c?

Why are there no competitors in Bondi Westfield for bubble tea? Here is an idea universe!

Compared to other milk tea stores, the drinks are so much more watery. The pearls are a little tough but service is very quick. Can't fault the fruit teas though!

If you’ve had gongcha you won’t like this. Pretty bland and the pearls taste like artificial sweetener.

I was always greeted beautifully by the bubbly staff like their bubbly drinks! Service are quick whilst drink are made to perfection always! I pledge my allegiance to the strange.

I cant get enough of how tasty the drinks are here! I always get a chatime when I see one of the casual/part timers working who is so friendly, i wish i knew his name but he always makes my day.

I tend to avoid the shop when it is just the manager working as she is always grumpy.

I was a refugee to this store from CoCo another Tea store. The store does get very busy, but the wait time is greatly reduced by the efficient staff. The quality of the drink is great and the new Philly drink is pretty impressive. An all round great experience from a difficult to please customer.

This drink is really awful. It has a saccharine taste and is so sweet that it tastes like soapy water with it. No next time! I'm almost allergic to it!

I used to be a loyal customer to Cha time, but not anymore. Over time prices have gone up, quality has gone downhill, and not to mention poor customer service. No point of wasting your time and energy on poorly made tea, overpriced sugary drinks.

Not sure what it is about chatime but almost 80% of the time I ever decide to come back to a store, the tea tastes awfully watered down. I always regret buying it.

The staff wears a great smile and was welcoming. I really love that they’re promoting the use of biostraws. Well done.

Usually go for seconds at other Chatime but here my soy bubble tea tasted like water when I ordered it the exact same way I order at other Chatimes.

Terrible. Staff are rude and ignore you even if there is a line all the way to Myer. Staff more interested in talking to each other than serving you. Would rather go to the Chatime in Eastgate.

Went to chatime bondi westfeild at 8: 58pm and the girl wouldn't serve me. HOW RUDE! All the stores were still open for late night shopping. CONGRATS CHATIME YOU'VE ANOTHER LOST A VALUED CUSTOMER!

Ordered large Premium Pearl milk tea, 1/2 ice and 30% sugar. There was only 1 customer already waited for her drink. Its took over 5mins for 2 staff to made my drink. The drink taste like water and lots of ice, its a bloody cold day that is why i asked for 1/2 ice. 2 staffs, male asian and western female keep talking to each other. This is the worse milk tea i ever drink, and Chatime supposedly to be a good brand name

When you’re craving a bubble tea, Cha time is reliable convenient particularly when there are so many of them dotted around Sydney.

Cha time offers your standard flavours. One thing I hadn’t tried before is the lightly sparkled teas. This is a refreshing alternative and works well with fruit flavours. One annoying thing is that the staff didn’t ask me for my sugar level preferences which meant I didn’t get a chance to tell them I wanted little /low sugar.

Service was satisfactory and speedy considering we were the only customers at the time. Ordered the premium pearl milk tea (standard drink from any PMT franchise) - it tasted horribly bland and watered down. The pearls were all clumped up together so it was impossible to consume. One of the worst milk teas I've had, ever. Not worth $6+ at all. Extremely disappointed.
