Hands down the best lot to work with. Was with them for three years and never gave me a chance to complain. Everyone from the consultant to payroll was super professional. Keep it up!

Worst organisation to work with. They had mistakes in everything right from employment contracts to pay amount and the work dates. Extremely poor management and on the top of it they will waste your time by unnecessary calling and bickering. If you want to experience stress and get taken advantage of this is the place. Was contracted by consultant Suzanne Howe who pestered throughout the contract duration and when it came to official paperwork and pay everything was flawed.

One of the worst agents I've been with. I doubt if they really have any roles in their database. A total waste of time if you try to meeting them face to face in the office.

Couldn't ask for a better experience from a Recruitment Company. My personal Consultant Magda Vilaclara excels at not only supporting me with anything I need, but is also diligent in checking in and making sure that I am safe and comfortable in my workplace. Magda from the start had my best interest at heart while also fulfilling her role at Charterhouse. Would recommend this recruitment company for anyone who wants excellent service.

So many issues with pay coming in on time and empty promises for when payments will be made. Still waiting for payment issues to be resolved after a month with no one responding to my emails. Other than issues with pays, I did feel that my case manager took a genuine interest in my values when choosing a locum job. Just such a shame that the payroll processes are so poor.

I was approached by Rupinder, for an engineering role. She does not have any idea and knowledge about the role or what she was looking for. Such a disgrace. How you judge someone if you don't have prior education in engineering?

I have been to Charterhouse twice, almost a year apart. On both occasions I turned up on time, only to be made to wait for more than an hour for the consultant. By far the worst recruitment agency I have even been to.
