Highly recommend Chantal! We saw her for 2 hours for our nearly 12mo then. He was depending on me to fall asleep and would wake up a few times through the night. I was the only one that can put him to sleep, not even his dad. So when we started him at child care he struggled to sleep. With Chantal’s help, we saw dramatic changes within a day. He picked it up so quickly and learned to fall asleep on his own (with us sitting next to him -baby steps) and also managed to sleep a little at daycare and is sleeping through the night. I have no doubt this will only improve from here on!

Chantal didn’t change everything we were doing, but instead fine tuned it so it was suitable for him. Not every bub is textbook and Chantal definitely understands that and that’s why it worked so well.

I contacted Chantal after close to two months of sleepless nights. I was overwhelmed and anxious from all of the information conflicting information available online. From the get go, Chantal was kind and reassuring, which gave me the confidence I needed to help my baby (and mum and dad!) get some much needed sleep.
I have always been a visual learner, so having Chantal come to our house and help us get our baby to sleep was invaluable. Chantal was calm and relaxed from the moment she walked in the front door, which was exactly what I needed. Chantal has a wealth of knowledge and has been extremely responsive following our consultation, answering my many questions and offering guidance.
My baby is not a perfect sleeper and we still have the occassional 'off' night, but overall we have seen great improvement in our baby's sleep and we now have the tools and the confidence to deal with issues as they arise.

Chantal has amazing reviews online and I can now see why. I will not hesitate to re-engage Chantal's services in the future.

Chantal was amazing in helping us get more sleep overnight. My son loved her even though he is usually terrified of everyone. Chantal was very accomodating to our needs and was happy to support us to use a gentle approach to achieve our goals. Our sleep went from 10-20 wakes a night down to 2-5 wakes in the matter of 2 weeks with a gentle approach. She also kept in touch to help us problem solve the couple of weeks after. Couldn't be happier!

We first met Chantal in 2018 when we desperately needed help with my eldest, who had been waking 5-6x every night! She was absolutely amazing and performed what we considered small miracles - within 3 nights, our shocking sleeper was sleeping through the night for the first time! Our only regret was not calling her sooner.

So when bub #2 started to have sleep issues that didn't seem to resolve themselves, we knew exactly what to do - stop praying that things will get better on their own and call Chantal!) Chantal has a wealth of knowledge and can assist with ANY sleep related problem. She is always patient, listens to your concerns and adapts her suggestions to suit YOU. And they work - within 2 days of tweaking our routine, Bub was sleeping much better and was happier. Chantal's ongoing support is invaluable and just what every parent figuring out sleep routines needs! (as everyone knows, as soon as you think you have a routine, it changes the next day!).

I whole-heartedly recommend Chantal to all my friends and family if they need support for their children's sleep. She lives up to the hype, delivers on her promises, is great value and just a lovely, warm person)

We contacted Chantal to work with us and our 11month old son. He had been waking up every 45mjns - 2hours through the night and only napping for 30-40mins during the day. He was fed to sleep each time and would often end up co-sleeping and feeding through the night with me. He had become difficult to settle even with a feed and my anxiety was very high each time it was nap time. Both my husband and I were exhausted, splitting the night shifts but really neither of us getting any sleep as he would scream and cry until he was fed or co-sleeping with me. Chantal’s initial questionnaire is great, very thorough and meant she arrived at our house ready with a good basic understanding of our situation and needs. She then took a little time to get to know our family in person before talking through the settling techniques she felt would be best for our son. She settled our son with my husband and showed him what to do so that we could seperate the settle from the feed. This was great because my husband was able to build his confidence with settling whilst I could manage my anxiety. The first night with Chantal here it took about 40mins to settle our son and then he slept for 7hours straight! To say we were astounded is an understatement! We had thought it would take weeks, even months to get to that stage. Chantal left us with a very clear routine to follow and the second and third night it took us 20mins and then 10mins respectively to get him down at night. Both nights he slept through until about 4am and then we were able to resettle him easily and he slept again until 6/6.30am. In addition he began getting longer naps during the day also. That was 4weeks ago and now he regularly has two naps a day between 60-90mins and sleeps through the night with one feed or resettle. He has occasionally tried to revert back to his old ways but the program that Chantal put together for us preempted that and has given us the tools and confidence to remain consistent. Chantal has also followed up with us regularly and been available to provide continuous guidance as needed. This turnaround has changed our lives! It is miraculous but also we can understand how the techniques Chantal gave us work and have enabled our son to learn to settle himself and sleep well. He is happier during the day and clearly getting the right amount of sleep now, as is everyone else in the family! We can not recommend Chantal highly enough! She is the baby whisperer!

I have reached out to Chantal for help with both my young children and different stages in development. Chantal is always responsive and attentive, proving me with really simple and clear steps to follow.

Having her reassure us a checkin along the way really helps keep everything consistent, as it’s easy to stray of course.

We had sleep issues with our bubba from the get go and after 11 months of bad quality sleep we realised we needed to take action so we could all start getting some sleep. My GP told me about Chantal and said she would be able to help with our sleep issues. My GP was definitely right! Chantal worked wonders in our household! Chantal has a holistic approach that takes into account the sleep environment, settling techniques and a routine. She developed a personalised plan that would suit our household. Chantal did one overnight stay and after one night our little bubba was sleeping through from 7pm-7am. We have now enjoyed a whole month of sleeping through and not only that he self settles for naps! Chantal also provided follow up help, answering any queries I had and checking in to make sure we all still enjoying sleep. Our lives are transformed and everyone seems happier and healthier now that we are all getting sleep. Chantal's personalised and holistic approach works, I can not praise her enough!

Chantal came recommended to us by our GP who also found her services valuable in assisting with his child. Our 6 month old daughter was being held whilst she slept, and we needed to kick that habit fast.

Chantal visted us in our home for our consultation and observed the environment. After settling our daughter herself, she came back with her observations. A few days later, our daughter was in her cot on her own, being resettled by us with a "hands-on approach" then a week later, sleeping on her own. We felt comfortable with Chantal as she is hands-on and non- judgemental.

She gave us the confidence we needed and also kept in contact with us to keep updated on progress. We found Chantal to be warm, understanding, patient and willing to go the extra mile. We can't thank her enough!

Our baby was never a good sleeper. She woke up 2-5 times every night, consistently. I kept hoping she would grow out of it and thought it was just natural for babies to have broken sleep. After 18months of no sleep and caring for two toddlers, life became exhausting. I wasn't too keen on the idea of sleep training as I worried about our baby being scared or upset. We engaged Chantel on the recommendations of a friend who had brilliant results. And while I was sceptical, Chantel's methods are so gentle and so effective. They worked almost immediately. While I was hoping to reduce the number of wake ups per night, our baby now sleeps from 6: 30pm till 6: 00am. This is something that seemed impossible a few weeks ago. I would recommend her to anyone having sleep difficulties with babies and toddlers. Eliza and Yogi.

Our 4 month old started waking up every hour at night and we didn’t know what to do, we were really exhausted. I heard amazing reviews about Chantal when my first baby was born so we decided to contact her and she helped us so much. She’s very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to organise a plan for our baby in that first consultation. We followed her advice and our baby is waking up only a couple of times at night. She followed up and gave us support for weeks after our consultation. We can’t thank Chantal enough. ️

At 13 months our son hadn’t yet slept through the night. His night wakings were frequent and the lack of sleep was bringing us all down. A friend recommended Chantal and I’m so grateful she did. Chantal was quick to respond to my message and we organised a phone consult for a week after. We had a consult on the Wednesday and we started our new sleep plan on the Thursday night - I was very nervous but Chantal was so calm and reassuring. After a couple of rough nights that Sunday we had our first sleep through the night! It’s only been a couple of weeks but the wakings have been minimum and we’ve had more sleep than we’ve had in ages! Highly recommend reaching out to Chantal if you are unsure of what to do or are having difficulties with your little ones sleep. Thanks Chantal ️

I had a phone consultation with Chantal and I highly recommend her! She helped us establish a much better routine with our baby which improved her sleep, she also had great feeding tips which helped. She is very responsive and follows up with you to check in and offer further assistance if needed.

Chantal's help changed my life. My little one was waking 6-7 times in the night and only sleeping on me during the day. I was exhausted and so was he. After three days of implementing Chantal's advice, he was waking 2-3 times a night to eat and sleeping in his cot day and night. The three days were sometimes tough but Chantal gave me the tools to feel confident and know when to use judgement and discretion. Chantal's follow up support has been second to none and invaluable, particularly when things haven't gone to plan and I needed some out-of-the-box advice. I couldn't have done it without Chantal's help and support; i wouldn't have had the knowledge or the confidence. He now generally settles in minutes and i have time during the day to do things, and am getting a much better nights sleep. Chantal genuinely cares about her clients and I cannot thank her enough. Don't hesitate to call Chantal, she has changed my life!

We approached Chantal re my 18mo as she would wake in the middle of the night for around 3hrs. I thought because she knew how to go to sleep initially, that surely she should know how to resettle!? But it got worse and started to happen every night. Nothing would work and we were in the depths of sleep deprivation. We did a phone consult and implemented Chantal's plan straight away.

I won't sugar coat it - it was hard work but as long as you're committed and stay consistent it WILL work. The outcome is so worth it! Whilst I still don't have a 'perfect' sleeper - our daughter's sleep (and ours) is so much better!

Chantal also continues to give you phone support which is sooo helpful! If you're in the depths of sleep deprivation or even close to it and wondering whether you should get help - call Chantal. It will change your sanity and your family life!

I decided to contact Chantal as we desperately needed help with our 3 year old and 8 month old. Both were waking in excess of 6 times a night and my husband and I were exhausted.

Chantal and I spoke a few times and she gave some great advice, however I felt I needed someone to come and stay for a few nights and "break the camel's back" so to speak. I had anxiety surrounding letting my children cry and could not confidently sleep train the boys myself.

Chantal was amazing. My toddler instantly warmed to her. She showed me her techniques and explained the process clearly to both my husband and I, as well as my toddler!

Fast forward 4 nights and my toddler sleeps through from 7.30pm-6am!

My 8 month old is also sleeping much better now. Whilst he still wakes, I have learnt how to gage his crying and help him to self settle successfully.

I would recommend Chantal a million times over. She has made night times a peaceful and happy time for us as a family.

Chantal is fantastic. We were having some minor issues with our 4-month-old son's sleep and bedtime routine and booked a half hour call with Chantal to get some guidance. We were able to fill out a detailed form beforehand so no time was wasted on the call and she gave us great advice, including practical, gentle and effective techniques and so much follow-up support via text which she didn't charge us for. She genuinely cares about each family she assists and is exceptional at her job. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone and will certainly be calling her again ourselves if/when needed!

Chantal was amazing she is professional, calm, patient and loving. Our daughter Eve 2.2yrs was waking up at least 3 times a night we tried everything we should have called Chantal 18months ago. After one overnight stay Eve is now sleeping through the night. I only just got my son sleeping through the night then I had a pretty awful pregnancy with Eve so I can now sleep through the night after 4.5yrs of no sleep BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT EVER

Chantal helped us immensely with our very persistent little 10.5 month old boy. He was a very wakeful baby since birth and as he got older would wake every night for 1-2 hours very distressed and we had no idea how to help him get back to sleep. Chantal listened to us for nearly 2 hours the night she came over, provided us with so much information and also reasoning for our baby's overnight wakes. With her help, we now have him sleeping through with one dreamfeed and most importantly if he does wake he is no longer so distressed, we have the tools to be able to calmly help him get back to sleep and if he does have a bad night (very rare) we know exactly what to do. Chantal has helped us get our lives back and restored our confidence. Her overnight service is worth every cent and I regret not calling her sooner!
