We contacted Chantal as we couldn’t figure out a good sleeping pattern for our 7month old baby and fourth child!

Chantal was soooooo helpful right from the word go! Also offered advice and various options which we trialled and it was amazing! Everything worked!

After just one week we found a difference.

Overall amazing results, I can’t thank you enough Chantal for your help it’s been a life changer to say the least!

I reached out to Chantal because my 10 month old son wakes up multiple times a night and is unable self settle to sleep, therefore requiring me to rock him to sleep every day/night. It was an exhausting process and I dreaded it everyday whenever he needed to sleep. However, after signing up to her overnight session, he's been able to self settle, have longer naps and sleep in his own room in his cot. It's been a world of difference and we have been given our time back. I now feel empowered putting him to sleep with the right techniques and advise without causing us unnecessary stress.

We used Chantal to assist us with getting our one year old to sleep through the night. The baby was waking twice a night & we were happy to even reduce the wake ups to once a night. We did a phone consult with Chantal where she took the time to understand what we wanted help with. Chantal then gave us some simple & practical tips & tricks to assist with the night waking. Following Chantel’s advice, the baby was sleeping through the night within a week. We really liked Chantal’s approach; it was gentle & felt manageable. We had a few tough nights, but following Chantal’s tips worked a treat for us. I’d highly recommend Chantal to anyone wanting some help getting their baby to sleep. I wish I had gone to her sooner

We got I touch with Chantal as our 5 month old would only fall asleep by being rocked/held which was a) physically exhausting b) leading to short day naps and c) frequent wake ups during the night. To say we were exhausted is an understatement. We now have 3 good naps a day, where he settles in his cot easily and longer stretches of sleep at night, which has been amazing!

Chantal has also stayed in touch for a month via text since we met, which has been incredible in helping us with issues that inevitably come up with babies of this age. Highly recommended Chantal if you’re looking to improve your little ones sleep!

I could not recommend Chantal more! My 14 week old had slept on me for both naps and night sleeps since birth and I was unable to put him down at all, he is a tricky baby and has had very bad silent reflux. After a failed trip to Tresillian and sleep guides/ advice I knew I needed someone to come to me. Chantal has been so beyond helpful guiding me with realistic and achievable steps to get my son to sleep in his own sleep space - which I didn’t think was ever going to happen. This has also lead to him being happier and now will even go in his pram which he wouldn’t before. Chantal continually messaged me and stayed in contact following her sessions to see how we were going. Always giving advice and helping or tweaking where needed. She didn’t just leave us overwhelmed which is what I appreciated more than anything. She is a refreshing voice of reason in the overwhelming world of baby sleep and cannot thank her enough - she is motivating, helpful, realistic and most of all she cares!

Chantal is a godsend! Our little one was having a rough time getting to sleep and would wake up often. We unfortunately fell into having to either rock, feed or co sleep just to get a few hours overnight. With just one evening session Little one can go to sleep independently, self settle and only wake up once -day sleeps improved also. I can't recommend Chantal enough. Amazing results

The only word to describe Chantal is: Amazing! I don’t know how to thank Chantal enough! She is the baby whisperer! I had many sleepless nights with my 8 month old baby boy, I contacted Chantal because I started to become extremely sleep deprived (and cranky haha). I expected her to come in and give me the news that my baby simply wouldn’t be able to self-settle but the opposite happened. Literally within 30 minutes of her meeting him he was “fixed”. My fiancé and I are forever grateful for her help! Both baby and mama are happy and well rested! I highly recommend accepting Chantal’s help with your little one.

We contacted Chantal after our 3 year old hit a sleep regression hard. She had been a brilliant sleeper since around 8 months so this was a huge shock. After weeks of trying different things we found Chantal. She was brilliant. She stayed with us for one night and using her strategies and approach we have gone from a child who wouldn’t go to sleep on her own and who then woke 4-7 times a night needing someone to resettle her to sleep by sitting with her to a child who goes to bed on her own and resettles in minutes simply by being tucked back in if she wakes (and now generally only wakes once). This literally happened overnight with Chantal’s expert help and care and follow up support. We cannot thank you enough - our sleep saviour!

Chantal is a miracle worker!

We had her stay for 2 night with our 10 month old who was waking 8x a night. Within 4 nights our daughter had slept through the night.

Chantal quickly identified the cause of the frequent waking, settled our daughter on the nights she was here, and most importantly taught us the skills we needed to continue without her. She provided follow up support to help us stick to the plan. She is also lovely and we felt at ease with her in our house and taking care of our daughter.

We found out about Chantal through a recommendation. We have 18 month old twins and had fallen into the habit of rocking to sleep and also bringing them to bed to sleep when they woke during the night. It was no longer sustainable and we wanted a gentle approach rather than let the boys cry it out. Chantal supplied us with information and confidence which seemed to tick all the boxes for us and the boys because now we are so thrilled to see the boys happily put themselves to sleep and if they wake during the night they settle quite easily. Life changing! Happily recommending Chantal to everyone!

Our babies were excellent sleepers until they weren't anymore. 11 month sleep regression hit us hard and my husband and I could not get much sleep over 2 months. We were deeply sleep deprived and that's when I got recommendation for Chantal. She was not only genuine and caring but also efficient. She read through our responses to the questionnaire and made a full plan for us prior to the call. She was flexible with the plan and advised us to adapt a few key changes, so we did. With her recommendations, we could create a more sound and loving sleeping environment for our babies and I am thankful for that. Our girls started to sleep through the nights again (yay!). She checked in regularly to make sure we are making a good progress. She was very responsive to all of our messages (day and night whenever she could) and it was a massive help and relief for us. I would highly recommend to any parents who suffer from sleep deprivation!

Chantal was amazing! After endless catnapping and contact sleeping during the day, she was able to troubleshoot some techniques that helped our little one not only sleep in his cot on his own, but lengthen his sleep cycles. She was professional and so supportive, and always able to answer any questions via text.

Chantal was able to understand the different needs / tactics required for Day care V's home. She understood where the issues mostly lied and her recommendations have worked successfully to date. She was also recommended to me by a fellow mum who used her service and had positive outcomes.

We contacted Chantal after our 7 month old son had given us grief with constant night awakenings. The ship had become so large we did no longer know how to turn it around.
Chantal arrived and met our son prior to his bedtime, and observed our routine and environment. Based on these observations she remarked on the changes we could implement based on our sons temperament and nature throughout the night. We also made changes to his room and sleep environment as per her recommendations.

Our son will still wake up at times during the night, but the difference is that I am now equipped with better settling techniques, without having to resort to the dreaded ‘control crying’
The result is that he now has 2 decent naps during the day, and wakes up only for feeding during the night as appropriate for his age. Chantal’s checking in over the following weeks was also a huge moral support needed in order to not fall back into old patterns.
It has made a world of difference, and I would recommend her services to anyone. I wish we had contacted her sooner!

Our son is almost 4 and we had developed the bad habit of lying down in his bed to get him to fall asleep. Sometimes he would take an hour to go down, plus he would wake a couple of times in the night and come into our bed. I read all the books but nothing worked. After a year of disrupted evenings and sleep for all of us, I found Chantal through online reviews and gave her a call. What stood out right away was her empathy to our situation. Of all the sleep consultants I rang, she was the only one who acknowledged what a tough situation we were in! A small gesture but it gave me the sense she would give us the support we would need in this process. What I liked about Chantal was her bespoke, kind, yet no nonsense approach with our son. Plus she was very available for questions and advice. And it has worked wonders! Our son now takes 15 mins to fall asleep happily by himself and sleeps through the night in his own bed. He now wakes up bright and refreshed and we have reclaimed our evenings and nights back for ourselves. We can’t thank Chantal enough!

Chantal literally saved my sanity! I called Chantal as my 9 month old son was waking up to 6 times a night (sometimes more!) and needing to be rocked back to sleep and he would only sleep for 30 mins at a time during the day. Chantal gave us the tools and confidence to settle him without being rocked and this also then helped him to learn to self settle. He has since been sleeping through the night which has changed our lives! I would highly recommend Chantal to anyone who was struggling with their little one’s sleep.

Our little family cannot recommend Chantal enough. Chantal first helped us when our son was 18 months old and couldn't get to sleep (or back to sleep) without rocking. In a gentle and considerate way, with much support, Chantal helped us work through this. We recently had a follow up session/refresher with Chantal over a year after first using her - to get some tips to help our son sleep through the night (had recently regressed), once again Chantal was so helpful and her support over following weeks as we actioned our new sleep plan made a huge difference to our success.

Chantal knows what she is doing and we highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling with baby's sleep. Chantal visited us only for 2 hours before our baby's (now almost 1 year old) sleep time and we couldn't believe that her tips made an enormous difference already during the first night! Using Chantal tips and recommendations our baby (and US!) has so much better sleep than before (not only time-wise, but also quality-wise). Chantal helped our baby to sleep well both during the day and night. Previously, we had to settle our baby by rocking her and it could take hours. Now we don't need to do that anymore. Thanks Chantal for all your help! You saved our sanity and improved our little family life's quality!

I contacted Chantal when our third child was 5 months old. We were struggling with her sleeping for only 40 minutes for every day sleep, waking every hour to two hours every night and also going through issues with our 4.5 year old coming into us multiple times overnight feeling scared. I was exhausted and very stressed!

Chantal was so helpful. The results we got with our 5 month old were very quick. The next day she was sleeping 1.5-2 hours for day sleeps and much longer stretches overnight. Our 4.5 year old is now staying in her own bed all night long!

I really appreciate the support from Chantal over the past month in sticking to a new routine with resettling our baby and her knowledge about kids. She’s a very warm and understanding person and is very good at what she does.

I couldn’t recommend her more and I wish we’d found her in earlier years for sleep challenges.

I could not recommend Chantal more. Even after having two kids already I learnt so much from her. Thank you so much Chantal!
