Terrible customer service. Very rude and misleading staff. Would not recommend or waste another minute with them in future. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Rang to get prices and freight. Extremely rude hung up on me before i could actually go ahead with sale. Clearly these people do not actually want to sell anything. I would not buy from here if they were the last people on earth to have the part i wanted.

Contrary to the reply I received I did not use foul language.

I am another customer sold a faulty party. They told me at purchase they provide a 2 week warranty, the part was installed by a specialist BMW mechanic and was faulty, when i tried arrange refund and return they asked for letter from my mechanic, I provided that, they still did not refund. After 6 months of run around I am now commencing proceedings at VCAT Civil Claims to get my money back. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

The team at challenger auto parts were extremely helpful and accommodating when I was replacing my passenger door. They offered a great price and Harley installed the door for me without a single complainant even when there was numerous challenges with the installation that arose which was not at all their fault. I recommend these guys if you're looking for a quality wrecker that will give exceptional service.

Called for a 2009 wrx engine, spoke to the manager Sam he gave me the best price supply and fit, also asked me to come and see the engine running which was very helpful. Highly recommended.

I had no expectations of my visit going so well considering the rough phone call I experienced a week ago and the reviews I could read about the business.
But everything went really well and the part I needed was in great condition.
I would suggest you give people a second chance. It worked for me.
