The worst company with the rudest most arrogant person I’ve ever dealt with. My son purchased an alternator from him which functioned for five kilometres. Was sent back 3 weeks later no word. After my son sent several texts and made several phone calls he agreed to give my son a refund. It never materialised. When I called him to try and politely resolve the matter he called me and my son arrogant and said he would do nothing to help us. At the moment I’m looking at the trade practices act to see what other avenues can be taken. DO NOT have any business with this company.

Prompt and efficient service, got the part I needed with awesome help from Sam. Would highly recommend!

Biggest fraud in Australia! His prices change like the weather and the quality goes with it too. Best avoid this place at all costs. Literally! Got quoted over message 650 for a diff then called in and it went up to 1100.

Just drove 50 minutes to pick up wheels advertised to fit my car, " fitting " them, is picking your car up with a forklift, better then that, the wheels didn't even fit, luckily, advertised as no scratches, but once they started bring them out, gutter rushed. Waste of a trip and my time

Ever had that special moment when you ask to speak to the manager regarding ‘special’ service and horrid phone manner only to realise you ARE speaking to the manager? Maybe he wasn’t held enough as a child. Maybe he gets off behaving badly. He certainly bought out a special side of me that I don’t really like. I do know my alternator still hasn’t arrived two weeks later. The tracking number is void as he wouldn’t provide the courier. So all I can assume is he flat out robbed me. I’ll look into pursuing this but looking at how many have had the exact same experience I may just be thankful that I’m me and not him.

Was very apprehensive after seeing the rating. But my experience with Sam was great. This guy is straight forward. Got a lil part that I wanted it 2 days. No nonsense dealing.

Sam was very busy when I showed up the other day. Phones were ringing non-stop.

Once there was a lull, Sam helped find me some autoparts and organise a pick up once the parts were sourced out.

As another reviewer had mentioned, the company sources out used auto parts from a series of wrecks. They do what they can and they're very busy.

My advise is simply be patient and straight forward.

Bad company to deal with. Sam will be one of the rudest people in the spare parts supply industry. Consider your options before purchasing from them as there are so many good suppliers other than sam, sam the rudest man and Challenger Auto parts.

Purchased an engine for $5000 after being promised it was suitable.

It wasn't the correct one and these guys are refusing to take it back.

Never do business with them

He is a big scammer who take money upfront from.one of my friend for a van engine and then send him something that is not suitable then he neither giving him exact engine nor giving him his money back.
That guy has that only courier van that he earn from and feed his family and kids, so he's literally disappointed and i am sure God will destroy this man who hurt the poor and innocent people.

Very unprofessional service and rude staff. Ordered parts from interestate and received incomplete and damaged parts. Called to follow up the issue but all I heard was swearing and insulting, would never recommend anyone. Mohammad Samir Aria, calls himself the manager but dosen’t have business ethics and morality at all. I got personal threat for trying to follow up with issues in my order. Just shut down the business you scumbag

Interesting seeing all the 1 star reviews - you are dealing with a car wrecker so no need to expect perfect telephone manners.
My experience 5 star. Quoted for a bonnet pronto via gumtree listing and I picked it up next day. Happy with the service.

Straightforward transaction. Second transaction I have had with them. Both purchases were for replacement used engines and they nailed it on both occasions. I found them to be truly knowledgeable and sincere. I have seen the poor reviews and can only suggest that they are the wrong people to call if you’re wondering how to remove coffee latté stains from your lycra. Good service not silver service.

Was good company to deal with after Toll / Ipec lost my mofor yes lost a motor. The guys at Challanger did not fuss about refunding my money. Thanks guys
