Very bad service and care for the customer, my wife went to by my son a Wii for his birthday, purchased one with a
controller and ask where are the games for it, was directed to an row of games and told any one of those ones so she brought 3 games for $120, but when she got home I realized they had sold her Wii U games which are not compatible with the Wii, upon trying to return them she was told they don't do refunds just because my wife had changed her mind because there is nothing wrong with the games. What a joke, this is an absolute disgrace praying on people that are knowledgeable.

They rip you off. Took 30 DVDs there to trade in and all they were going to give me for them was $3. So basically they were going to take most of them for nothing and sell them.

Also they don’t have any contact number which I find ludicrous, it’s 2020 every business should have a contact number. Some of the staff also need to learn how to serve. After this experience I don’t think I’ll be shopping there anymore.

My experience was so bad at cex tuggerah, asked girl who works there, kiah L 2 check my game purchases 4 any scratches on the disc n she said she put 1 in disc cleaner 2 get disc cleaned tho she never did as disc has scratches all over plus a huge thick ring burn all around disc so disc wil not work so I paid money 4 a game thats not playable. Staff r not friendly n rude. Talk bout extortion. Wheres fair trading when u need em. It not easy 4 me 2 get back 2 tuggerah

Extremely lazy staff. I was sent away and told they will call me back after testing my DVDs after making a 45min trip out there. It wouldn't of been so frustrating if 2 of the staff members weren't standing around having a chat while there is piles of DVDs and Blu-rays on the other side of the counter waiting to be tested.
Not worth selling your old DVDs and games here unless you live within walking distance.

I love this store bought a headset for a second of the price and got twice the amount of warranty that the headset gave if brought brand new lovely staff easy to work with

The girls are super switched on and fast. Lots of second hand mobile devices, and a good collection of games and consoles. They check all the devices and discs so it's good quality and pricing is transparent and clear for trade in.

The Staff never knows the products, why? I don't want to sound harsh but why don't know about what there selling?

Found two items being falsely advertised as better or newer products - Apple Watch Sport being falsely sold as Series 1, and Apple Watch Nike band being sold as regular sport band. Unable to find phone number anywhere to confirm these details before driving 45 minutes north from Sydney to purchase items, so left empty handed. At least the staff are nice and understanding.

Great place to find that dvd/blue ray you've been looking for. Don't expect to walk out with just one though because once you start scrolling through their selection you will soon have 4 or 5 in your hand. At those prices why wouldn't you

Great place to go for cheap dvds movies and tv seasons, and sometimes find some that are hard to find normally

Great store in Westfield Tuggerah for second hand games and gaming equipment, mobile phones, DVDs, Blu Ray etc

Good Electronics / Video Game / phone / Camera gear / lots of other stuff shop that buy & sell lots of different things. They can be a bit pricey for some stuff & pay far too little for other but they do ok compared to some others. They have a 2 year warranty for there items which probably explains the price

Would give a 5 if the staff didn't blare hideous music and talk amongst themselves when they serve you.

You can get some old games and DVDs here for a great price, but some popular games are ridiculously expensive and their tech is always overpriced. You won't get a ton for your trade in either. Good for the odd nostalgic find at the back of the shelf.

Games are cheap, thats it. Staff are really really poor in service, talkative about last nights date etc. Its like watching a Millennials instafeed behind the desk.

Visited store today and purchased 3 DVD's. MUSIC blaringly loud and inappropriate for a retail store. The two staff members behind the desk continued talking with each other about their respective social lives whilst processing my order without taking a breath and did not acknowledge me except to take my payment. Felt invisible. Frankly, felt I was an inconvenience. Discs were put into their cases in an incredibly hap-hazard way - staff obviously not giving a s**t about customer service. Made sure I checked my discs straight after leaving. CEX management - you need to choose staff who know what working in a retail setting requires of them! Not in a hurry to return to THIS store.
