Went to CEX Kotara to trade in my Switch and PS4 for some money. The process was easy and simple. The staff were able to make sure that nothing was lost in the adding up process and I was able to get the exact amount I added up online around a day after I handed in my stuff. For those who want to hand their stuff in to get easy money, CEX is definitely a recommendable option.

1st thing I bought didn't work properly. They have the money back but I think they should check their products better before selling. Energy I returned the item they checked it straight away and confirmed faulty.

Very disgusted in this store, they prey on weak-minded people to buy items as low as possible.

I had a friend who went in to trade phones in and get new ones, the new one he bought for $225, when he realised people couldn't hear him through the phone he had purchased. He took it back to which they bought the phone for a low price of $185, which included the games he had also traded in.

Places like these are only great tot purchase products from cheaply do not recommend you trade anything to them they're an absolute disgrace to humanity.
