Sam Kindo & Michelle have been very helpful with there services, they are always responsive and on time. Im happy with the communication that they can provide with my teneants as english is not there first language. The handy man and labourers they hire for maintenace are excellent and affordable when service is required.

They advertised my mums property recently and got caught claiming it was leased when it hadn’t been to make their agency appear successful. If you don’t handover your entire lease to them they will stalk you outside your house (yep their car was seen lingering around the street) to make sure you haven’t signed up with another agency. Pretty horrific experience for my parents, what they did was unimaginable. They built the top roof to rent out and they guys did the nasty. Can’t be trusted.

I dealt with Charles Anton, I found him to be truthful, honest and very hard working. His attitude towards punctuality and courtesy was excellent. He kept me fully informed with the progress of every enquiry. As he passed on his knowledge, it made it easy to make accurate and informed judgements. The proof of the pudding is in the tasting. I chose to auction my house which resulted in the house being sold considerably over the reserve. I am very pleased to submit this review on Century21.

The staff are very rude, they do not work as a team with different people giving different advise to th same question. The end result being dissatisfied customers like myself.
I was double-charged for an electricity bill. I paid upon commencing the lease, and then it was also charged again from my bond at end of lease! The period I was in the property was 3 days of the period being charged When approached their staff/manager to deal with the discrepancies was advised to go complain elsewhere and seek legal advice. It shows how much they value customer service. Very unprofessional, and use at your own risk!

More recently Asher Siamando and the sales team sold the property for us and were just as friendly, professional and very competent. Where do I start with Charles.
I would recommend Charles to everyone I know and to everyone that wants to sell their house. I reckon He is one of the best agents on the market.
He is one of those agents that make you calm comfortable and at ease when it comes to selling your house.
